This is my friend Kevin's restaurant out of Hughson CA. We absolutely love this place ! The trip tip and brisket sandwichs are killer . We like the fact the food truck is in Modesto right down the road , and although my friend is not there the same quality bbq and friendly service is top notch . I will continue to recommend this place to anybody for years to come . Thanks guys and keep it awesome .

I am sorry to say that this review will not be a thumbs up. First of all, I love bbq pork spare ribs - tender, juicy falling of the bone. Having seen this truck on my way home a few times, I finally got the chance to stop and order something. The guy taking orders was not customer service friendly at all. No hello. How ya doing today? None of it. I ordered the 3 pork ribs and a side of coleslaw for $15.The ribs were small and way overcooked - almost dry. The coleslaw was plain with no mayo, salt or pepper. Very bland. It was not worth $15. I was very disappointed.I won't be coming back.
It was just ok and have tried it a couple times. Not much flavor at all and not worth the price. Not fresh bbq because it's in a trailer and the smoker is in a different city. Even though they probably keep a brisket wrapped, they over cooked it. Doesn't pass a pull test.

Amazing Catering too! Everyone raved about your food at my sons wedding reception. They said its THE BEST EVER HAD! And 2 guests are event planners!
