The food is always great when it's HOT and fresh. My 2star rating is going towards the overall rating of the restaurant itself . This place needs work and attention. Not recommended for in house family gatherings. Tables are broken, unstable, arcades are out of date totally run down place and the day I went the fountain drinks were flat!

They are a horrible business.the pizza was Burnt, the chess keeped falling off. And when a Machine to my cuz Quarter and did not give her, her prize. They said,"sorry, we don't do refund. Not only that but a employer screamed at a 9 year old. Worst pizza place ever. If I could rate it a 0 i would.. Whatever you do don't both going to rico's pizza.
Omg this place on hatch closed way early when I was supposed to pick up my order they wouldn’t open the door they closed how infuriating
I just called to place an order to be picked up I order a family pizza and salad . We love the pizza the staff used to be attentive and friendly but today I got the worse service I never experienced anything like that before from this place . The lady hanged up on me she seen very impatient and pushy . I called back asked for her name “Daniella “ I asked her to cancel my whole order that there was no need for her to be so rude.

Rude employees wouldn’t go back your workers in front don’t work my sister and I asked this young lady a question and her response was I don’t know with no care in the world how you gonna work somewhere and not know anything about your soda machine she’s very lucky I didn’t drag her outside ?
they forgot my pizza.waited 45 minutes n it was just sitting back there while there were in the front goofing around.had to go home n put it in the oven cuz was cold
The girl who picks up the calls to put in orders is VERY RUDE! I have dealt with her twice and both times she’s very rude!! Maybe they should replace her with someone who’s actually nice and likes to interfere with customers! Pizza was cold when it arrived from delivery and the extra order of jalapeños was not added but I was charged for it !!
Went there for my mom's birthday 10/19/2021 but she was born in 1938 lol after releasing balloons at her grave. Food was good.
