I want to start by saying this is the most clean and organized restaurant I have ever been to. I have been here on several occasions with my family and it's always been great. The service is quick, and the food is top notch. The serving size is great, plenty of good food. Definitely would recommend 10/10. The $50 to $100 is for my family of 8 so definitely worth it
I can't speak to what authentic Mexican food tastes like but if you want a fresh made tortilla with your burrito, tacos, and quesadilla then you've chosen the right place. Mix it with their friendly well mannered staff and you're sure to leave satisfied ?
I really enjoyed eating fresh flour tortillas. Don't get them often. Not my great aunt's flour tortillas, but I was very happy to enjoying them with butter.
The customer service was not the best. I asked her kindly to strain the carnitas from all the grease before making the quesadilla and she gave instant attitude. She also did not strain the grease it was just a mouthful of grease in each bite. As you can see the pool at the bottom of my plate. For this place being called Rancho Fresco a mouth full of grease is not what I imagine .
The food is good & the service is self serve. Lately I’ve noticed that they are nickel & dimeing people on the chips . Last week I got a small bag with my burrito & a dollar up charge for another tiny bag. This week no chips unless I ordered nachos
Ahh love rancho fresco! I'm so far away so I have to come here every time I visit Modesto for work, my favorite is the fresh made tortillas they literally rocket this restaurant way above any other place similar, such as chipotle, the carnitas is freshly made and just awesome and I get refried beans and some rice and veggies and the salsa is good too the red one with green specs, go and get a burrito you will be hooked on this place like I am
We had a good size group and were able to sit in a back room with a table big enough for all of us. The service is speedy, with them making the flour tortilla right there in front of you! Ingredients were fresh and burritos were delicious!
Delicious! The tortillas are made fresh and all of the meats and toppings were fresh. The atmosphere is fun with sports on the televisions and a bull to ride. Fun for the whole family.
I really like their burritos. They use homemade tortillas that they make. You can see the person making the tortillas. I gave them 5 stars because they have delicious food. Their customer service is OK.
I really enjoy Rancho Fresco. Their tortillas are great! I would go more often if they where ever so slightly cheaper or hah somekind of lunch special. Though I do understand that a prime location downtown can't be cheap.
