The coffee was good but this is not the place to swing in to get a cup to go. I stopped and got a large coffee that was not that large for $4 plus tax and tip. When I went to get my coffee from the single air pot there was only about 2/3 of a cup left. I didn't have time to wait for more to be made so I took my 50 cent an ounce coffee and left.

Excellent Americano, excellent Italian almond cake. The barista was friendly and helpful.
My husband loves their coffee & lattes, but I'm not a fan. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Great vanilla latte made with Olympia coffee… I had not heard of them, but what I have had today is really good!Bonus, they sell Cat and Cloud coffee! Yea!Definitely a go to stop for coffee in Modesto!
What sort of coffee place doesn’t offer caramel drinks? I get not serving fraps, that was disappointing enough, but they don’t even have caramel. Not even white chocolate mochas!! This place is lacking in menu and in service. No one smiles, no one is pleasant. Why is this place even open? Take your business down a couple blocks to starbucks and do yourself a favor by ignition this sad place.
Espresso was decent, nothing over the top. Cup was not preheated. Apple crumb lacked flavor and sweetness. Would have been better heated up but apparently they have no oven or microwave?? I didn't even finish it, if I am going to eat sweets, they should taste amazing and melt in my mouth. Was hoping for better since this was a small hole in the wall shop.
when I get a chance I come here and get the barista whim.. it's a little more but always delicious.. the staff is friendly.

Sooooo good!!We had the Havana and Cafe Brule - delicious!Wonderful, friendly service and the drinks were ready in no time - enjoyed them in the small, upstairs seating area. Downstairs and outside seating are available as well.
