Well there was no line at all. It was fast, and the food is delicious. I ordered the 3 pc Mild Tenders combo. There was a .50 up charge for the Mac n cheese, which was fine, but the portion leaves you wanting more. Same can be said about the mash potatoes and gravy with Cajun gravy. $3.49 and it’s a VERY small portion size. The tenders were perfect, though I received 6, and only ordered 3. Overall, a great dinner. I won’t knock them for giving me too much food, but I did let the manager on duty know, as this effects the bottom line.
So I just went in to Popeyes right here on Hatch Road, in Modesto, CA. I got the three piece meal and my side was the mac & cheese. Chicken is fresh and delicious, and so is the butter biscuit. But the side of mac & cheese is very old, the cheese looks like it’s starting to turn! I’m pretty sure this was made early in the morning, it is now 1 in the afternoon. Also in the men’s restroom, the men’s soap dispenser the knob to dispense the soap is cracked and sharp if someone gets cut on that they could sue the place for negligence. Apart from all that, Popeyes is still bomb!
The drive thru took way too long. I been here waiting for 20 minutes and still waiting. I feel like they forgot about me. Not cool ?
Love the chicken sandwich! Always so meaty, the bread could be better.. but overall a good sandwich!
No matter how busy or slow the place is it seems the employees are always trying to rush you out of the driveway. The fact you can no longer add or pay for sauce packets via the app and that the employees don't offer them at the window neither is baffling. Food is as expected. Customer service needs a lot of work.
This place has worst customer service. If they would focus on doing there job and not talk so much they would get the orders correct and have faster service.The food is good, it's just the service that's disappointing
They forced me to go through a long drive thru line when that was the entire reason why I ordered pick up in the first place! I made sure to pick my food with the time they said it would be done and they were too lazy to do pick ups so I had to wait two hours in that long drive thru line when I ordered PICK UP. My food was cold and the workers are awful.
Went for lunch, wasn't that busy. 11:30am . I just ordered one chicken sandwich on my lunch hour. They took soooo long , they took the fast out of fast food. A. Customer behind me backed up out of drive thru and so did I. Very disappointed. Also, the dining room was closed which was kind extreme. Other businesses are loosening up. Won't go there again.
Best chicken sandwiches ever!!! Haven't had a bad one yet! The nuggets I got, were not to my liking, won't order those again!
Each Popeyes Restuarant seems to cook differently before this restaurant came to CA NY 1st experience was Mobile, Alabama & the food is good but not the same
