Today was my bday and i hoped for a nice Pizza. I placed contactless curbside pickup and they refused to bring it out! they said they couldnt bring it out and that they couldn't give it due to number not connected to the order even though we gave the name. I was so disappointed and upset this never happened before and just ruined my birthday.
Overcharged me for the wrong pizza. They acknowledged their error but still charged for me for the more expensive pizza. Told me that a large pan pizza was the same price as a hand tossed pizza the proceeded to give me a receipt where I was charged an additional fee for the pan pizza even though a received a hand tossed pizza.Bottom line is, if you make a mistake on a customers order and verify the error was yours and the customer agrees to accept your error, either correct the bill to reflect what they received or don't bill them at all. Never overcharge a customer for your error.
Where do I start??? Lazy can’t cutt a pizza or that when it finally got here it was “COLD” after calling and telling them to remake my pizza and cutt it still no pizza man called again and again got the run around then I told him no I want my full refund manager said free pizza you guys are funny there’s better pizza places Pizza Hut has failed

And maybe a handful of cheese on it.. all the food was cold. But worst of all.all the meat on the pizza was all on one side. My dog didn't even walked away from it. This was the pizza I ever had.

The quality was not there. Pizza was overcooked and dry. Very disappointing. Pizza Hut was my favorite, not even worth retrying. Total waste of time and money.
Carelessly made pizza. Toppings unevenly distributed, some slices had no toppings, other slices had half the slice with toppings. When presented to management, an utter lack of customer service. Workers are lazy and unmotivated. I will spend my money elsewhere from now on.
They called us as soon as our order was ready and were already on their way outside to deliver it to our car as we drove in to pick it up. The young man that handed our pizza to us was very friendly and courteous.
If I could put zero stars i would. Highly upset with both my large Supreme pizza and medium pepperoni were so burnt even the toppings fell off before it could even reach my mouth The crust was so hard you couldn't even chew it. No more pizza hut for me!
My cheese sticks were burnt to a crisp, none of my pizzas were pan, which I paid EXTRA for! They refused to give me a single ranch without paying for them and I ordered three pizzas, cheese sticks, breadsticks AND wings with not one complimentary ranch??
