The food is good and service is fast. The only thing I have to complain about is people can smoke inside the restaurant. Otherwise everything is good.

The Food is Delicious, Best Well served Pho Soups, so Tasty ?, fast Service, friendly Served Attention, but the place is so soo sooo DIRTY, and Old, the windows are ful of dust and stains ? the Chairs asr so dirty and old, this Place Needs a Good Spring Clean Up or Even a Renovation!!! Because the Food is just Great! But the Place Creeps you out! ??

Ordered food to go, on a Sunday very busy! Seating all taken, took about 15-20 min. wait time for to go order! Which is understandable for a weekend! The food was excellent, btw! Will be returning for round two! Lol! ?

Pho is really good. Also, I ordered some egg rolls and chicken and bokchoy. Egg rolls were good the chicken bokchoy was ok. The flavor was a little strong.

Omg finally found with flavor. Reminds me of bay area places. I order the egg roll and Mongolian beef. I will be a regular customer. Place is clean . Great customer service. And your food comes out fast and hot

5 stars solely based on food! Pho and appetizers were delicious! So fresh, definitely one of the better pho’s I’ve had in the area. That being said, the place itself could use some TLC. Chairs are ripped, tables stained. And the bathrooms are such poorly taken care of.

Dont let the way the place looks throw you off the food is very good price went up a bit still one of my favorites.

Food is great. The noodle soup pho soup is very good. Nice specialty drinks and smoothies too. Although they were so busy they couldn't offer them on the night we went. We kept feeling cold air drafts from a back door opening and closing. Cigarette smoke also wafting in too much gross.

Short review, it's been a while but I got some pho for my wife and SIL to go and they liked it. My only complaint would be the cost? I called in to order and wasn't expecting to pay $30+ (forgot the exact) for 2 large phos.Phoenix DT is good and Sai Gon on Oakdale. Haven't been to thr new pho spot on Oakdale yet but I've heard mixed reviews

I'm updating my review. Sadly enough this place satisfies by pho craving. And even sadder is this place is the best place to go for Vietnamese restaurant. It's obvious this place changed owner. I can tell from the quality of the pho. It's more of the quantity. I ordered small #2 and I definitely got small. The old owners weren't that stingy. Also, the laminated menu for the drink (see photo) shows a photo of the drinks with numbers shown but NOTHING shows what the drinks are. Will we return, unfortunately cause they are the "best" in town, unless you drive to Pleasanton, CA, the nearest place to good pho. And even though they have a sign that shows American Express, they said I couldn’t pay our meal with it. The Amex sign was for the car wash but they had NO SIGN stating that Amex was for carwash. ?Service: BQuality: CPrice: $ and starting to go $$
