Management really needs to address this. Can’t even fill up the sauce half way for you and you have to eat dry salad. This happens every time and has never not happened to me. Also the same thing with the pastas. I always upgrade to a large and you are lucky if they fill it halfway. When it’s about $17 for the meal and drink… come on. Do better.
I've never been to a Panera before and I probably won't be back. It wasn't busy but they were out of several Teas that are on the menu. Pretty disappointing to order a drink and have no one mention it needed to be set up in the dining area. I went with a couple friends to have a cold drink and chat and after waiting at least 15 minutes for someone to set up the drink I ordered, I settled for something different because I didn't want to sit there with an empty cup. The drink wasn't that great either. Definitely not worth waiting for so long. Bummer.
Sub par at best. I spent $11 on you pick two and I wish I spent that on somewhere else. Sandwich had a giant chunk of chicken, I did not even taste the Chipotle sauce. The Salad was also underwhelming. No napkins or utensils. They also failed to ask what side I wanted with my food. Will try another Modesto location in the future.
This short Indian dude wearing a light blue shirt was being very very rude to his employees on 3/30/22 and was really rude to me as well. I didn’t care about the employee part but for a manager to talk to a customer rude like he did me? Fire this fool, all I asked was is this Doordash order
Inside is clean with nice decor and plenty of light outlets for charging electronic devices. Fresh hot food quick friendly service
The first time in here, it is amazing. The food tastes great. I recommend this place to everyone. Also, customer services on drive-thru were super. Great job, guys.
Not enjoyable getting yelled at if you don't have your mask already on before entering. But once you sit down the masks just don't work anymore! It's a dang miracle! Food is blah also. Can't wait to never go back.....
Every time I order from this restaurant my order is either wrong (wrong items or missing items) or the food is not edible. The latest try was their breakfast menu. I got black avocado on my sandwich and moldy strawberries with my oatmeal. I'm not sure how this happens, but I will not try this location again. Thank you!
I love Panera, I eat there on a daily basis cause I work right next door. Unfortunately tonight was the first time I ever had to complain. I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich. It was the worst sandwich I've ever had, mind you, I've ordered this sandwich several times. It wasn't fully toasted, my cheese wasn't even melted the meat was cold and the bread was hard. Very disappointed. As hungry as I was, I couldn't even eat it . ?Still hungry.
First time eating at Panera. Good food. Took a minute to get it to us, but then we were there during the lunch rush, so it's understandable. Will definitely be back.
