I am done eating panda express forever this is the third time I’ve eaten there and the food has been really disgusting the portions have gotten smaller the food is never cooked good it’s either burnt or cold they never check their soda machine so they just give people carbonated water gas is too expensive to turn around just to get some more nasty food. I used to love panda express but now I rather go spend the money at a regular Chinese restaurant in one more thing they don’t ever answer the phone so that you can call them and criticize them so that they can make changes to the way they do things at the restaurant and of course your order goodbye panda express you are the weakest link

Customer service is officially dead. Pull up to the drive through window, they don’t say hi, grab my card and shove my food in my face, barely a thank you. At least a hi and a proper thank you would be appreciated.

I myself am not a big fan of Panda Express but my 13 year old daughter loves it. She loves Orange chicken sowe go here quite frequently. I however, tried the almond chicken which is new and I have to say that it was pretty tasty.

This resturant is constantly dirty and i dont think ive ever had fresh hot food once since its establishment. Not only that the homeless are constantly digging through their dumpster which is right by the drivethru. Even at lunchtime the food has been sitting there for hours and is old and disgusting. The staff is indifferent to these issues and will not make you fresh food if you ask for it.

Order through doordash hair in my food and we're in the middle of a pandemic and I'm getting hair in my food not cool never again .portions are small ordered a 12 oz Minute Maid Apple juice gave me a 6 oz organic juice box organic apple "covid19" I have a medical special needs child hair in the food.That is not sanitary...please do better. Sad

I was visiting town from Reno, NV. It was busy when I arrived, prior to the visit I looked at their Google maps menu to see if they were serving certain items. When I drove there their updated items on the menu on Google maps matched what they were out of. I was helped by Elizabeth I, she was so nice.I couldn't believe that people were getting upset during the visit about the store being out of items, because it wasn't the employees fault for being out of a popular item due to shipping delays, and even if they may have forgotten what's the point of yelling at employees or throwing a tantrum like a 2yr old toddler just because your the type of get angry when your hungry (hangry) and take it out on others. Like how embarrassing is that for a grown adult to do, Especially when this isn't a fancy pricy restaurant with high standards it's a take out place with affordable Chinese food. Be nice to each other and stop being selfish about your wants just because you have 17.00 to buy yourself a plate or two of fast food.

We are inside,but the drive thru is a big plus. Panda won't give samples .. not even one green bean which I need in order to determine whether they are done or crunchy..so I usually order something else and forgot my favorite. They won't even cook a portion a little longer for a customer. They left out my fortune cookies after I spent over $25 for two meals. The soda machine was out of order,and no sodas in can or bottle...only energy drinks or water. They are cooking like crazy to right there a few feet away, yet everything we be ordered.. 6 different items plus rice and noodles ... Was barely warm. I would term it as "cold'... like it had been sitting out for half an hour. I watched the dump a skillet of fried rice into the front line a foot away from me, but it was also cold. Maybe they cook a few skillets ahead in order not to run out then stack them up to get cold. Panda here in Modesto was not our first choice, but it was open. I wish it were hot for sure. They don't go out of their way to please you.. cold food, no samples, no sodas or cold water, rikkety tiny tables and they removed the bench seating which I as handicapped really need and employees who act disinterested and never give sauces or fortune cookies unless reminded. Also the portions/cartons get smaller every year

I'm in that area often for gas across the street, food from Food Maxx and prescriptions from CVS. There's very few fast-food places I'll eat. This Is 1! Always friendly and it's the best tasting Panda Express I've ever had! Always tastes fresh. Four stars simply because Who the hell designed the drive-thru????? The planner must have used a a Barbie jeep as a reference for size!

Went to get dinner last week and the drive though was wrapped around the building so my husband and I decided I'd just go in and order it. As I got the the door I realized I didn't have my mask on but figured I go in and have my husband bring it when he parked. As I opened the door a work told me I had to have my mask on before coming in, so I walked to the car (he hasn't even park yet I took 4 steps to reach out) and buy the time I tried that same work was putting a sign up " Drive thru only"! That worker would not let me in. She sent me to get my fast so she could put that sign up and not have to let me in.2- the food was wrong and little portions! It was like they were trying to save food so they didn't run out fast.Totally bad visit! Bad customer service, bad food

Panda Express doesn't carry everything that other places do. Either that or something is always broken. Today they only accept card or exact change. Ice machine was broken. Various sodas not available. Literally go to any other Panda Express in the area. I've been going here for years but now I'll be driving a couple more miles for a better quality one.
