Always come to this location and it has always been good but the last 2 times rice and chow main have been very dry. Today was the worst. Rice was hard and had no flavor chow main was dry and flavorless, The angus steak did not taste the same at all, Flavor was off. And my chicken fire also had a different flavor to it. Every thing was missing seasoning and flavor. And to top things off NO FORTUNE COOKIES AT ALL !!!! Less portions smaller containers. No a happy customer
I will not be going back ..After an extemely long line today and finally arriving back home i find that the fried rice entirely was hard as rocks ...I call to let panda employee know of my situation and the employee states " all of our rice is cooked here". Now i have make a second trip after a long day of work to exchange my plate. Uggh ...wont go back
I've been going to Panda for many years. This time I was very disappointed. The food was greasy and didn't taste right. The servings were smaller and only one side with 2 entrees.
February 6, 2022This place was a zoo tonight. Only certain people must wear masks and others don’t have to. Treat everyone the same or keep your mouth shut! Never returning. They need to get their act together. Corporate Panda should be aware of this issue and hold their employees accountable!
The worst customer service I've ever received. I arrived at the pick up time. Gave the cashier Fabi the order number, she said they only start preparing the order at the pick up time. They're working on the order. Twenty minutes go by still nothing. I ask again, she says "I can't find the order". I reply, I gave you the order number earlier. "We don't use those" eventually they find my food. At this point it had been sitting there for over 20 minutes. I asked if they could remake it, since it sat so long & no one was in line. She Rufused.
This is the best Panda Express to go to in Modesto. Always clean, employees who are friendly and efficient.Great food and prices. You can get three large dinners for $30and everyone has food left over for later.
A pretty good panda to go to, the lines are kind of shorter than usual pandas at certain times and they also get you in a out at a good amount of time. The food is great and I would recommend it.
Whatever you do do not go here anytime between 8 PM until closing the the staff is very rude The young lady that helped me at the drive-through window act like I was bothering her to order I tried to give them a second chance but now I'm really done with this place I wouldn't recommend it to anybody if they're that rude who knows what they do to the food
Food is delish! However it's NEVER been ready at the time it says, when u buy on line, check ur order too, mine wasn't complete, good thing I checked before I drove home.
On behalf of my boyfriend... ( I'm the one who wanted the sauce the most)Came in there today ordered several items that require sweet and sour sauce was asked by everyone who I was bringing food back to, "to please get extra sweet and sour sauce", I tell Alma, my server, that I would like extra sweet and sour sauce and she says that there is extra sweet and sour sauce in the bag, she tells me this a total of three times upon my request. Low and behold, when I arrive home there was not even a single sweet and sour sauce. Not even one little container, absolutely no extra, though it should have came with more like 3 minimum and getting extra would have been like six... especially with multiple cream cheese wontons and egg rolls, but no, there's none! I didn't know until I get all the way back because she assured me multiple times that yes she had put extra in the bag! It just grinds my gears! Is she mentally challenged or was she screwing with my on purpose in some sick twisted form of over enthusiastic sarcasm!!! She seemed like she was mentally aware enough that it must have been ill willed, and she was completely sinister in her actions! To top it off she charged me for more food than what she gave me! I am going to tell at minimum every single person I see today about this expirience!
