We do the party platter with a mixture of stuff. Always good flavor. Staff.. I don't know if they are just young or poor management, but no personality whatsoever. I asked if they remembered the sauce that usually comes with the type of plate ordered and they said they forgot. We orderd a lot different plates and she tries to give me one tiny cup of sauce. I politely asked for the rest and she gives me attitude like I'm in the wrong...oh well. Young generation I guess, no ambition.
My husband and I went here for lunch today. It was the worst! The dining room was DISGUSTING plus they had the outdoor dining tables and chairs laying on the floor all over the restaurant (I don't know the reason why they brought them indoors, but why have them blocking all of the indoor tables and making the place look even worse? Have some pride in where you work and clean the place up!). The food was just as disgusting as the dining room was. We got the chicken katsu and mixed bbq. Yuck! The chicken katsu wasn't cooked all the way through (chicken should not be pink) and the mixed bbq had no flavor. The macaroni salad that came with it should actually be called a mayonnaise salad, as it tasted like you were just eating spoonfuls of mayo. I will say that the plain white rice that comes with the meal was delicious. However, we found long black hairs in our food!! We were so grossed out we dumped our food and left. I have to say that this is the worst place I have ever been, PLUS it is actually really pricey. I just hope we don't get food poisoning later tonight. DO NOT EAT HERE... you have been warned.
When they first opened quality of food and portions were great. Now they give you the same about of meat in a plate vs a mini meal. Chicken has been burnt the last couple times I've ordered. Not happy because I love to eat here.

We had to wipe it down ourselves with sanitizing wipes. Chairs are stained. Chairs are EVERYWHERE. Just gross. Get a knee staff that can cook and be more of service.
The “manager” MARIA IS SUPER RUDE!You’d think after waiting in the drive-thru for 15+ min she would come and apologize. But no she came and said that her wait time is up to 15-20min that it was normal and said I have to get back to get your food and left us talking. Maria as being the MANAGER you should learn how to handle these types of scenarios.
Tried first time today and kinda sucked. Got the chicken and shrimp plate and it was skimp. Only one piece of chicken and 3 shrimps. L&L Hawaiian bbq is why better
First time to purchase a meal at Ono Hawaiian BBQ. I ordered the mini meal and asked for 2 sides of veggies instead of the Mac salad with my scoop of rice and grilled chicken breast. I have no complaints about the size of the meal. The rice was fine, the chicken was rubbery and the “veggies consisted of over half the container filled with cooked cabbage. I don’t think that constitutes “veggies”. I won’t be back.

I don't go here to often (once every 6 months if that) but every time I go I seem to get disappointed more and more. First off the staff is absolutely atrocious, the kids just mess around and do more talking than working. The food is mediocre at best. Each time I get cold food (chicken, shrimp etc) if the kids don't wanna work then don't work there. I guess they so desperate for employees they will hire anyone.
