We really enjoy taking our family here on some special occasions! My daughter LOVES CHICKEN FETTUCCINE Alfredo!!! We all LOVE the bread sticks here. It is very clean, peaceful, calm and soothing environment. Our servers have ALWAYS been very polite, patient, helpful and courteous towards us. I HAVE YET to finish a meal here! They have large servings. Plus, the never ending bread sticks and salad along with your drink, start to fill you up while you are waiting for your main course!
I hate to be one to complain and I understand it’s Mother’s Day but I had placed a to go order for Mothers Day because I knew it would be busy. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:15. I got there 15 minutes early and was told I had to wait till 6:15 because that’s when my order would be ready. 6:15 came around and my order still wasn’t ready. I waited 10 minutes before calling again and reminding them about my order to get told my order was still in the kitchen and they don’t know when it’ll be out. I ended waiting an hour just to get my food. I understand it’s Mother’s Day and there busy but if they are unable to fulfill outside pick up orders while running there dinning room then they should probably consider not taking pick up orders if they can’t get them out on time.
I want to applaud Aarynn for her impeccable service on 03/21/22. We went for a quick lunch while waiting for our car being serviced nearby. Aarynn provided us with the upmost service. She was extremely attentive, kind, generous, sweet, and respectful. We got the service we would expect from a michelin star restaurant. She is definitely a hostess with the mostest. Way to go Aarynn. This was our 1st time dining at this olive garden and we really appreciated your service. Hope to see you next time.
Big shout out and many thanks to Oliver Garden in Modesto CA. No reservations so I was a little uneasy as Party of 20. I spoke to hospitality manager Maria who helped us through the process. Once the first 10 were there they seated us in an area all ready for the group. We had 2 amazing servers assigned to us, both very personable and efficient, separate checks, drinks as individuals arrived, then orders taken . Food delicious, all our needs met promptly with a smile. All in all it was great and I can’t thank them enough. Thanks Olive Garden ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?
This Olive Garden was exceptional! I've found there are some that have stopped being as clean as they used to be and the old carpets are causing the restaurants to smell horrible. This one was clean, the food was amazing, the waiter was top notch and all this on a busy, busy night! My only concern were the men right near the front door, possibly homeless, with signs. The first was quick to jump up and open the door for us on our way in, the second somewhat blocking the sidewalk on the way out. Neither seemed threatening, but in today's world it was a little iffy and as a disabled woman, I was concerned. However, they were harmless and we bought an extra meal to feed them. I just feel they need to be asked to give the patrons more room as to not feel threatened.
If i could give lower stars I would. Waited 30 minutes to be seated. Waited another 30 minutes with my wife and baby girl and no one came up to us to take our drink orders or anything. People were seated after us and immediately served. Not sure why we were discriminated but we finally decided to leave. We were both shaky starving. Never had a bad experience at OG but this trumps any experience we’ve had before. They will never get a penny of mine.
Our server was great. All we had was soup and salad with calamari appetizer but good service and good food just makes meals so much better. Nice job Olive Garden Modesto
Well this was a bad idea going to thus place,first they didn't want to seat my friends with out us getting there as well,then when I asked for sugar they brought up the splenda I can't take that,then I our order food was very warm almost cold,I ordered from kids menu for my 38 month it looked like it was reheated didn't taste fresh,then I ordered salmon for my self and half way trough it I found hair,also later that evening my baby started to vomiting because of that pizza she eat.Used to love this place but won't come again,very disappointing..would not recommend going here
Loved the food. The only negative thing I have to say is if you are going to have your employees wear a mask, please make sure they are wearing it correctly over their nose. Otherwise, it does not do what it is intended for. And before some says how would you know how to wear one. I have been in the medical field as a nurse for over three decades.
In terms of quality and service time I would have to say that things have definitely gotten better here than I would have said even a year ago. I've had nothing but very kind and attentive service. And the food quality has always been on par or better than what I would expect from a chain Italian restaurant.
