Employees were nice. Was greeted and helped as soon as I walked into the door. The food was good but the Dutch bread was so so SOOOOOO SOOOOO VERY hard it was almost impossible to eat. Which sucked. Paid $50+ dollars and not sure it was worth it... And their credit card machine was down. So had to pay cash which was a inconvenience to all the customers. Made the wait time longer than expected especially for those who only have a 30min lunch break.
The sandwiches were delicious and well made. Unfortunately we ordered online for pickup, and when we got home with our order we realized one of our sandwiches wasn't correct, we asked for no pickles or mustard. There were pickles and mustard. That person didn't get lunch, $11 wasted. There is no way to contact the store and get it fixed.
Hadn't been to this sandwich shop for over a year. It used to be a favorite of mine but the sandwiches we ordered were stingy on the meat plus my Turkey was too salty. And like everywhere else, the prices seem higher but paying for less quality and quantity ingredients.
This isn't a sandwich shop. It is a sandwich experience. If you hate amazing sandwiches, crafted with a high degree of precision and care, and held to a higher standard, then definitely don't come here. Also, Eric runs the business and Eric is awesome (free sandwich for the advertising please, Eric!)
Awesome customer service!! Thanks to all the employee's for making the best sandwiches too!❤
I ordered a Hot T , I asked for everything. I got to work which took me about 10 minutes after ordering my sandwich. My whole sandwich was soggy too soggy couldn't eat it!! They need to do a better job or letting the lettuce drain before putting in sandwich. Who likes to eat a soggy sandwich. This is not the first time this has happened. Its just kinda annoying. Your all excited to eat your sandwich and cant even eat it. Then have to buy something else for your lunch which is only 30 minutes ??
Way overrated. The sandwiches we ordered were just average like you get from your local supermarket. Prices are very high. Keep the cookie and give me a slight price break.I prefer to spend my money where it is appreciated and price reflects the quality, taste or freshness of the product purchased. Very disappointed.
Great sandwiches, a little pricey. They're club is worth joining though if you go there a lot
The only bread they had was sourdough and Dutch.... Mr. Pickles is over-rated and you cannot really add toppings like you can with Subway. It's was just an average sandwich place
Very rude to the customers !! Do not recommend if there was zero stars definitely wouldve rate it that ???
