Pizza is good. Customer service sucks. I walked in made eye contact with the girl at the counter as I'm walking up to the counter she finishes up with the person she is helping and when I'm only 10 feet away she turns around and goes to the back to join a conversation with her coworkers. Laughing and having a good time. Just standing there while I waited several mins just to be acknowledged by any staff member. I had for sure been seen by at least 3 staff. No acknowledgement. Nothing. Just ignored. I understand they may be busy. But that doesn't mean you can't be polite. Not a busy day. There were only 2 customers in the building. You can make time to at least greet me.
This is my first time ever coming to this location and I experienced something that was negative. I’m not one to complain much, but I thought about it and decided to leave this review. I went to place an order inside the store for just one pizza. A plain pepperoni pizza. The blond girl who took my order asked for my name and if the order was going to be to go. I said yes and paid. I sat down waiting like every one else. The issue that came was I sat there for an hour before I went to ask for the wait time for my pizza. Now it could be that they were preparing other pizzas but 40 minutes into my wait this lady came in and placed an order for 2 pizzas and no longer than 15 minutes she got her order before I did. So I once it hit the hour marked I asked about my pizza and they couldn’t find it. And then they had to search for it in the POS system. After then searching at other prepared pizza this girl with curly hair said that my pizza will be out shortly and that it was in the oven or something. That was not a great experienced but the only good thing was that this girl with glasses gave me the pizza and she apologized for everything. She was the only nice person there.
All of people that work there are very friendly and professional!
Poor customer service and very poor service!! Placed an order was told 60-70 min wait. Called 80 min later and was told it was gonna be an additional 30-40 min. When asked why “we got busy” and couldn’t cancel my order.
This store has gone down hill in the last couple months. The people that work here are rude and doesn’t keep to their word. When they tell you it will be ready for pick up at a certain time then don’t even have it in the oven when you come ten minutes later then the time they told you it would be ready at! This has happened multiple times! ?♂️ What a shame!
Extremely slow workers. Had to stop going because it’s always such a long wait for pick up. Don’t believe them when they say 20 min
The staff working on Christmas night went above and beyond to make sure our experience was special. The pizza was amazing too
Lunch buffet pizza and garlic bread was super fresh and soooo delicious!
