I have been out of town for a while. As I walked in. The first thing I saw was they moved a cut down the size of the order counter. But the service was fast and the young lady was very nice. The place is much clearer then before. And the 3 people I saw that work there were very nice and polite. I would have given them 5 stars. But the parking is still a nightmareAll the parking next to the building is for Internet orders. So you have to park across the way and take your chances with people driving like mad crazys threw the parking area.Other then that. Way to go McDonald's. Very nice job.
Go to a different location. I ordered a 4C. Classic chicken sandwich with light mayo. The sandwich was COVERED in mayo and the three slices of tomato, and two pickles were OUTSIDE the sandwich. The bread was flat, as if someone smashed it. I got my niece a kids meal and my mother a cheeseburger which tasted HORRIBLE (I tried it). All three of us, including my 5 year old niece had stomach aches after eating the garbage from this location. $27.92 down the drain.YUCK.
It was alright. Annoyed I had to get bathroom unlocked. But the employees were nice. Bathroom needed cleaning
Would never thought I’d be reviewing McDonald’s but this location is great if only just for their Customer service. Plus they gave me an ice coffee without any grains at the bottom, I’m impressed.
All this place worries about is the drive dru. So if you like to dine in, expect to wait 30 minutes before they even notice you. Smh worse mc donalds ever.
Deserves a real 0 stars. Dropped the entirety of our change because they weren't looking. Dropped our food because they weren't looking when they put their arm out the window. It's literally just an expectation for the shake machine to be broken. Hey, there's a taco bell next door.
Nice they have the bathrooms open we could wash our hands before we eat need Improvement on seniors males places and larger print so we could read the menu on the wall
Aways forget my fries and there ice cream machine is never working , and no more breakfast all day . I hate backing back out from those drive ways when they don't have anything for me . They should post it, update there situation on there menu screen . Bad service !!
Went through the drive thru and ordered (and paid) for 10 piece chicken nuggets. When I got home, there were only 8. C'mon McDonald's, it's not that complicated! And when I called to notify the manager, it went directly to voice mail. Customer service has definitely gone down hill at this McDonald's. SMH.
They didn't get my order right and I felt a little rushed. Once I explained again what I wanted, I remembered why I need to stop eating out.
