Terrible service, disgusting food (even for McDonald's), nasty dining room. I'm one to give you respect and patience because customer service IS hard, but these employees were ridiculous!! Rolling eyes and barely moving despite it being busy. 3 screw- ups causing us to have to go back to the counter and then to deal with the attitude on top of it. Never returned despite staying directly across the street for more than a week with a McDonald's loving kid in tow!
I think its bs that they dont answer the phone. The one on McHenry that's supposed to be 24 hours, shuts down for system updates or whatever which is fine. I get that. What's not ok is not answering the phone when people try to call to see what time drive thru will open back up. The phone just rings and rings. I will be letting corporate know about this.
They don't answer there phone when there drive thru is closed and everytime you call too see when they're open they don't answer at all, also some of the staff there are very rude! Don't recommend coming at night!
Great smiles employees well mannered very helpful cleaned my table and also helful needs my food was great Thank you Mcdonalds

Ordered $45. Worth of food for my family. Large fried were not filled, McFlurry not mixed.. Didn't give me napkins nor sauce for nuggets ordered. Gave me a fountain water for the happy meal, when you get a dasani bottle water.
I'll give them 5 stars because they are fully open. Thanks guys for your amazing service. Foods always perfect.
Service was fast and up to par. They got my order correct and the food was hot and ready with no wait time in the drive thru. I will come back to this McDonald's in particular next time I'm in a hurry for a quick bite to eat.
