Everytime I go to this McDonald’s I ask them if thier fries are hot and every single time - no matter what time of day- they are always cold. Like tonight when I asked she said I don’t know so I reached inside my bag and as usual they were cold- when I told her about them all she had to say was — HAVE A NICE NIGHT — and closed the window in my face…— I’ve called to talk to manager and was put to a voice mail where she says she will call you back— I’ve never gotten a return call….I’m gonna stop going to McDonald’s all together…

They got the order wrong 3 times out of 3 visits in ONE WEEK! HOW CAN THEY BE SO CONSISTENCY INCOMPETENT !? If it weren't for $1 shrinking drinks, and app discounts, McD's would quickly fade away with their mindless un attentive to the customer over paid entry level employees peddling overpriced, oversalted, non-nutritious food substitutions.
Tried using their kiosk but worker couldn't help with scanning my phone. Ordered my food, friendly staff and order was correct.73 degrees outside and definitely warmer inside, no air ventilation.Corner where we were seated had a horrible smell. Seats looked dirty.
Did online order for curbside service. When we notified them we were there, the response was that we would get our order-two coffees only- in 5 minutes. After 13 minutes my niece went in to get our order. Flagged down an employee returning from bathroom, coffees yes.Hot? No.Save your time, get proper food, go to another McDonalds.
You could be unhappy if you're in a hurry. Cashier said that it is always busy. Fifth in line and it took over 20 minutes to reach the pay window. They weren't using the numbered stalls that some McDonald's use to keep the lines moving. Food was hot and the order was correct.
It's McDonald's, and not the best of what they offer. They slap that stuff together and out the door it goes. I get it, it's fast food. But it should be made right, no matter how backed up they are and they are backed up. Plan to wait your turn.
Attempted to us the app. They could not use it. Checked my receipt and read charged twice for the same meals. My bank called said they noted the same amount was trying to be put through 3 times but called to check with me before. This McDonald's is trash don't both and if you do go here check the receipt and your bank statement.
Bad enough I've gotta check my bags to make sure I got what I payed for. Now I have to start checking the burgers to see if they even bothered to finish it and put meat on it. Now I'm out the money and out the food because I'm all the way home and can't go back because my little one is in bed.
One of the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to! Avoid at all cost... they are rude and after sitting 8 min at the window make you sit another 15 min in the parking lot for your food, for it to be cold! And the fries stell and hard. The guy working at the window was extremely rude and seemed Ike he would rather be cleaning the bathrooms then helping a human. Very unexceptable and unprofessional!!!!
