RUDE!! I ordered a chimichanga with rice lettice on the side not under she said it doesn't come with lettuce ( been going for years always had lettuce). I have no clue what that guacamole is the only avocado I got was the peel. What happend to the Mexican guacamole with avocado and tomato chunks??Then I ordered 2 tacos told them sauce on the side. She was speaking to the lady next to her and the cook in Spanish took my extra sauce back (because they put it on the tacos and said oh well.) I asked why she took it back and they just laughed said no problem. They were speaking to each other in Spanish so I could only understand a little bit. They avoided me the rest of the time.I found Bay leaves in my food called to ask they said its fine just eat it. No thanks No stems and leaves for me.They overcharge and said do u want it or not even though price is posted.They have gone so far downhill. Food was BLAN BLAH nothing great! Normally one of my fave stops but I will go to Mongolian bbq in the mall fresh and very nice people!You could be good without rude staff and not being skimpy on the lettice and cheese! Look at all the reviews of horrible customer service from all ur restaurants!!!!
Great deal, great food and faster than anywhere else! I pretty much get the same tacos or burrito with a lg. Horchata. Marie's was $2. Cheaper on the drink and a dollar cheaper on the burrito! PLUS- They have the salsa, lime, onion cilantro bar back! Ya can't find that anywhere anymore...And even though I went late at night, I ordered and it was ready before I could cup up some hot salsa and lime!
Rolled Tacos is they're Specialty I believe it's what put em on the "MAPZ" what they're known for so Tonite 04*13*22 I ordered 10 for $7.99 ......Tacos were 5 ☆☆☆☆☆`s they were lightly fried just perfect NOT one was burnt all the tortillas had a perfect whitish caramel color crispy just enough not one bite was too hard or too soft Vegetables as far as lettuce tomatoes & cheese on top was cut perfectly on top lettuce shredded small but still nice slim strands all the tomatoes were fresh cut in small squares not one tomato seed could I find.......Now how's that for Detail even put not avocado dip but Real Avocado Slices on top sorta like the Cherry on top ? Modesto Maria's Taco Shop I give a 4&1/2 ☆`s out of 5 ☆`s Keep up the Excellence oh ya BTW They're open 24 hours Now who can't love that ?
The food is splended and the Brice is resible and you can go there anytime day or night 24/7 service is great
They make the best burritos but what I really like is how the burrito is wrapped to keep it so hot like it was just served from the stove
Literally disgusting!The meat was crunchy, nasty, and the parts that weren’t burnt were rubbery and had a very weird taste. I pulled out the crunchy burnt parts and there was nothing left.After pulling it apart I felt sick and it all came up and out, what a waste of money!I used to come here all the time when I lived in the area and it was pretty decent, but now I can’t even understand how they are still in business seeing the other reviews before me with people having similar experiences.Personally I’ll never come back and I would urge others to stay away.
Maria’s taco shop is so good. I love their rolled tacos and the avocado sauce. I usually get them in the mornings before work. The super handsome guy w/ the nice voice is always so nice. Everyone there is nice this place is bomb.
This place is okay, it has gone downhill in the past few months. Wasn't as good as it used to be. I've always ordered the chimichanga and the burrito wasn't even fried or cooked (like it should be) it was just a wet burrito. Food just taste flavorless now. The staff has gone unwelcoming too, I find myself standing in the pick up line first in line for 10 min until I get any help.
Came in late one night to get some delicious authentic mexican food. I ordered the nachos and was pleasently surprised by the massive amount of food I received for the price. I was very satisfied with the speed of my order, even though the place was packed. Large variety of entrees and combos that are offered as well. One of the best spots in town that are open 24/7!
I had their enchiladas with ground beef and that's the way I like them but they put too much stuff on top of it lettuce and other stuff I just like them with the enchilada sauce and the just like that they might have tasted a lot better but I do love their restaurant
