Are you kidding? The management is beautiful and an evil #[email protected] But competent and does the place justice.
Stay away from this place at all costs. The manager, Babette, is the nastiest person you will ever meet. So disrespectful to the tenants, and the more vulnerable they are, she mistreats them even more. The management company is super sketchy. They answer their business phone, ""Hullo?" I called several times to complain about Babette, they said they had gotten several complaints about her and they would call the owner. I know they never did. I left the place cleaner than when I moved in, even hired someone to deep clean it. It took them a month to send my deposit back, eventhough they are required by law to send it in 21 days, and this was after I had to call about it 5 times. Plus they deducted $60 for touch up paint. I didn't hang any pictures . The bathroom sink was painted over chips in the enamel when I moved in and wore off after a week. I guess that was the $60? I feel sorry for the people who have to live here only because they have no place to go. STAY AWAY.
