The worst experience I’ve ever had tonight. I will never eat from KFC again. People that work are the worst bad customer service here never go here trust me !Asked for new Biscuits they refused to replace them. I was super nice the whole time. You won’t find any southern fried anything here but the chicken sandwich is actually tasty

They were a lot quicker than the mchenry location but the food was not good. I got a 2 piece meal - leg/thigh in original. They gave me my leg in crispy and my original thigh was beyond its hold time. It was not good at all. And my corn (loose) was most likely a fresher batch mixed with an expired batch cos half of it was hard. Saving money by not wasting and holding food past its time is not the way to go. They were nice but too many negatives. KFC cant seem to get it together anymore.

Didn't have extra crispy, didn't have biscuits, could you please pull up to the front and wait. For what? They were already replacing everything we tried to order, just canceled and asked for a refund ?
It took three tries the call in my order you finally answered at 12 Sharp to check my order then asked me how long would it take me to get there I told him I was in his Lobby it took and 19 minutes to put in my order you fill my lunch order put the most driest chicken that they had crushed my biscuit I never had a drumstick and thigh so dry from this place before if they're going to pay him $15 plus an hour they should put in $15 worth the effort instead of an $8 worth of effort. By 12 :25 I finally got my lunch .I had only 5 minutes to eat. I believe the One employee have an attitude. It does not make sense not open the lobby and take orders at the cash register not everybody has a vehicle that can make it through the drive-thru not everybody wants a download fast food apps you would think the owners would want to make as much money as I can instead of less.I waited for cars that weren't even there when I ordered to get their order. I did not recommend this place at this time
No biscuits, had to wait 7 minutes. Had asked for butter and honey. Which we did not get. Don't offer me a cookie for a biscuit, just make a compete meal otherwise there are plenty of other food places.
I got the one piece breast combo with one side & drink. I also bought a regular [ lrg] size chocolate cake.Everything was good.
The guy working at the drive thru window was wearing a dirty backpack on his back. He was rude and when I asked for some napkins, he got upset and handed them to me in an aggressive manner. I won't be going back to this KFC.
