With this KFC it’s a hit or a miss. The people that work there are usually very nice. The ones that prepare the batter and fry the chicken need to be trained better. Sometimes the chicken doesn’t have enough batter on it like it slid off during cooking. Sometimes it’s over fried until I can’t even bite into it. I’m going to try it one more time before I completely give up. The inside is clean whenever I’ve been there and everyone is friendly. I’d give it 2 1/2 stars for trying.
Went and picked up an 8 piece dinner meal that price was outrageous then I ordered two chicken littles they didn't have pickles just meat bread mayonnaise and chicken and it cost me almost $7 for two totally outrageous don't think I'll be going back to KFC and it used to be my favorite place
I had a bad experience here, regarding drive thru issues, missing items in my order and maybe over cooked food. Although I experience more issues here then any other a KFC I visit , I was reached out by an “area manager” and was addressed my issues and complaints.This place was my favorite when it once opened and several managers come and go, and management can either hurt or strengthen the business. My orders have been fulfilled in the past but feel like I have to return to this location to get it fixed.Nonetheless, food is ready and doesn’t take long to prepare. I'll visit a few more times and depending how the service is, I'll change my review
I ordered the famous crispy chicken sandwich. Instead of putting the chicken breast as a patty they put two little tiny chicken tenders.All the food was cold too. Never will give my business to these people again.

It was HORRIBLE. We ate on A&W side. The burger was grey, cold, dry and hard as a rock. Bacon tasted like it was heated several times in microwave. Doors are locked due to covid so can't go in to get refund! Husbands burger same way!
Food was ok. Too much mustard on the cheeseburger.
