Told me I'd be 5 minutes for macaroni and cheese I set out there 20 minutes had to go inside and find out what's going on ask for a refund they told me he can't even refund right now there's no manager for cars sitting on the parking lot waiting for food all the other food was in the bag sitting on the counter was cold when we got home he told me I can leave the food there and come back later and get a refund after spending $35 I'm going to leave their Indiana and I took the food and threw it in the garbage that is oars KFC besides the one on Oakdale Road in Modesto California I've ever been
Went here to get chicken sandwich on my lunch and was told to pull around they would bring the food out. So I did. And then every single car that had gone through drive thru behind me were also told to pull around and park. And I’m talking like 6 cars. Were they trying to keep drive thru times down? Most likely. When they finally brought out some food they had so many cares waiting they didn’t know who’s food was who’s. We could have literally just claimed it. Everyone was like wth? Why are we all put here??? They forgot my drink and also wasn’t even sure if my sandwich was the spicy or not as I orders spicy not sure if I will go back here. Just seemed like a mess to me.
The staff were really nice, although most places are closed, they were nice enough to clean us a table and let us use a high chair. The experience was way different than any other KFC, they treated us as if we were in a fancy restaurant. Definitely coming back if I ever crave KFC again!
I threw up my daughter got sick ? might have been the old oil that they cooked the chicken in... I suspect the frying oil got us sick. We felt Nauseous the rest of the night..
I came to order a large side of Coleslaw and a large side of mashed potatoes and gravy and received only enough to feed one person. The containers should have been filled to the tops if those containers. Their inside was closed to seat down but nothing on the doors to say so!Very disappointed in the service and quality and quantity . This is at the McHenry KFC!? ?
ordered a sandwich, and was told to pull in front to wait for order.. Well they never brought it out (after 20 minutes), Then acted like I was crazy when I told them what had happened. I let them keep the money and went home.
Just paid $57 for some KFC...And my chicken was raw.I'm talking about actually bleeding..Oh yeah and there was a hair in the mac and cheese...Don't recommend to anyone...
Idk Kfc customer service has went downhill over the last few years, not too friendly but they are pretty quick i'll give them that.
KFC STAFF made a mistake and instead of fixing it they said we'll I didn't hear your request. KFC STAFF offered an alternative because they were out of items and then totally left out the items they offered.It would be okay if they corrected it with out an issue but they tried to justify their mistake all I want if what I paid for no more no less. I get that some days are busy and understaffed but don't argue when your wrong just handle it and be professional. I'll be back to give it another shot.
Every time I come to this KFC, they are always out of chicken, YOUR A CHICKEN RESTAURANT, how do you not have chicken. Ridiculous. Their service is horrible. If you want KFC, go to a different location, this one sucks.
