It sucks to have to give a review like this bci absolutely love KFC's did overall. BUUUT... This visit has left ALLOT to be desired at the thought of eating there again any time soon. To begin with, the young lady taking our drive thru order sounded like she seriously didn't like her job and after every thing we requested she would ask, "is that it?" and trying to rush us even though there was noone behind us in drive thru! So then we get to the window and still felt rushed but not as bad & they asked us to park in front as it would be 5 minutes. After waiting close to 15 minutes (not the 5 they said) a young lady finally brings the food out and almost tossed it in the window at us & turns back hurriedly towards the restaurant. Noticed right off that not everything was the that we ordered and we immediately were calling out after her to which she waved at us over her shoulder and went in. I don't know how they were able to do this but the chicken was hot, the French fries were cold as was the biscuit, there was no sauce for the tenders, no butter or honey for the biscuit and the other was shy 1 tender.Hopefully they were just having an off day...

Monday 5/02/2022:My family and I were completely ignored after we ordered inside the restaurant. We watched as drive through orders were made and handed to customers. After 30 minutes of being forgotten, we were offered something else besides what we ordered and our special needs son was beyond frustrated. After 45 minutes of waiting our family finally got what we ordered. The staff were very unprofessional and we will not be going back to this place.

I rarely come to this KFC, the drive thru people are rude and I don’t understand why I couldn’t place 2 separate orders, I guess it’s too much for them. They take forever had me waiting over 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich. Never again

I ordered two sandwiches and we're made neatly like the commercial but I screwed up my rims in a very extreme tight drive-thru

The drive thru staff are very rude. Me and and husband went to try the NEW VEGAN CHICKEN. The vegan chicken was delicious but It felt like it was a burden for them to make it. Went on two different occasions and both times were bad experiences. It's sad. They should be thankful that there company is offering vegan food. It will attract more people and help that business open and them a job.

Went there at 5;15 pm and they had NO chicken at all it would be 35 min wait . So everyone was in line and not being told no chicken and a long wait .Got to the window and asked for the manager no help there she was just on the phone . She was no help I would never run my business like that sorry to say I will never bye food at this location ever again . That’s not how you run a business and they don’t deserve any stars at all

Waited half an hour waiting for my online order. There was no line, nor was not busy. After 20 minutes, someone came out with a massive bag. Told them wrong order. They left and came back with the same bag and another person to ask my order. Told them what it was. 10 minutes later, someone else came out with my order, which was incomplete. Missed my drink, which was given to me. This order was marked as ready at the top of the hour, but took 30 after the "ready to pick up," message. Staff was not helpful and quite rude.Mind you, it was a simple 5pec chicken strip box.

Far and away the worst KFC on the planet. Waited 30 minutes for mediocre food. Staff was somewhat nice, but waiting 30 minutes for a drive thru order of 3 items is ridiculous.

They would not provide us a receipt and when I asked for one they told us we were holding up the line and had to leave. Pretty sure I paid way more than what I actually ordered.

Ordered online ended up paying $50.00 supposed to be 3 pieces of chicken (2breasts1wing)& 2 side orders +drinks. Just received 1 side order 1chicken breast & 1 wing, plus drinks on 4 orders. Won't order from KFC anymore. Am senior citizen unable to call/complain as have problem hearing.
