Greeted when I walked in the door, my server Damon C was extremely nice, understanding and helpful. Overall looks like a very clean store, team knows how to team work.

I went in to pick up my mobile order from uber eats ( my work) and went to the counter specified for pick up staff was rude and ignored me I had to wait in line to ask for the order only to wait because it wasn't ready I had to apologize to my poor customer for the wait I like the product but the staff is lacking
I love my smoothies! Jamba is the only place to get them unless I make it myself. I like the plant based one's best.
Manager has horrible customer service with a bad attitude I told her that I placed 2 orders on the app and she insisted she only had one so i continued to tell her what my second order was and she said it didn't matter because she don't have an order for it. Told her i placed one to be picked up an 4:55 and one at 5:00 she said not here you didn't. After i upset my husband to stop what he was doing to send me a screen shot. All of a sudden the order came in.....no apology no change in attitude
You have to contact the store to make a special request on doordash but when you call no one answers called 6 times no answer zero customer service skills what if i was allergic to an ingredient and wanted to remove it but cant cause no one answers very unprofessional
I bought a large jamba I paid 7$ for a different size cup not the same as the large you guys aren’t giving me my worth in the cup!!! Waste of money next time tell ur customers u are changing ur cups not everyone would like to buy it
I love the peanut butter smoothie. It was sooo good. A little bit liquid not thick like others I have gotten there.
Have been visiting here since I was a kid, getting a Banana Berry smoothie after every doctor appointment. I have never recieved a bad smoothie, and everytime it's the same consistent, sweet, flavour. The staff is very friendly and completes their jobs insanely fast.
