This place is horrible !!! I've given them a chance to prove me wrong on a few occasions BUT they insist on being incompetent...I've been over charged a few times at which time I just drive thru the window area...A few times the order was wrong...A few times they tried to short me with my change...I know this is a dirty little town BUT the restaurant doesn't have to reflect that low life mentality...I like Jack In The Box food BUT I will go to another one...In closing I'd advise anyone with the taste for Jack In The Box to STAY away from the one at 2937 E. Hatch Rd...Ive never had any of these problems until we started going to that Jack In The Box,we'll definitely find another one...
Poor quality of service,long waiting,missing item,not only once but 3 times,they need a lot of work,i wonder if the managment team know this or read the reviews.
The food was not edible so I had to return to the place on hatch only to wait over 40 to get back to the window. All they did was argue that somehow it wasn't their fault no apology just very rude and abusive verbally .they took the food and receipt and didn't refund the amount I paid I shorted .I don't recommend any body go their. I was so upset how this was handled by a manager to beat all.
I'm kind of frustrated because I ordered off Uber Eats....ordered 2 sandwiches with one being a meal...the drink was completely wrong...asked for a Coca-Cola....I got an iced coffee....my wife is allergic to coffee!....At this point they will blame eachother saying the Uber driver should have checked the order but in my opinion Jack In The Box is at fault for not making sure the order was correct....very disappointing because my wife wanted her Coca-Cola
I was in the drive thru for almost an hour. It took 10 minutes for them to even take my order at the speaker. Will never go back to this one.
The preparation of my tacos wasn't to good the taste was good but the preparation wasn't to well. It was drive through
Drive thru line was very long .which is not there fault but took forever to order . Ordered got our food got home and the fries were cold hamburgers were wrong one with no cheese and one with cheese and when I called to complain the shift leader was very rude and wouldn't listen as to why I was calling to complain ... I will drive out of my way before I go back to this jack in the box
Ridiculous. I waited about three Cars ahead of me then when it was my turn I was refused service. Asked if I can wait 15 mins. After waiting 20. What a joke. Never ever going here again. On another occasion, I was given a nasty tasting lemonade and was told the machine was down and was given an I don't care attitude. I get it. Your management of this place is awful but don't take it out on your paying customers. Taking my business elsewhere.. Really zero stars for me.
Second trip after 1st review. Waited in drive thru for 35 min. Line did not move. had to get out of my car and ask the vehicles behind me to move so I could get out of the drive-thru. Worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to. If I could rate it a zero I would.
Fast and polite service and the orders are almost always made right including doordash pickups,,Drive thru moves quickly even when the line is long most times and the place is exactly what you want when you go to a jack in the box - consistent products and service,,Lobby is not currently open because of pandemic
