The one on Standiford is far better than the one located on Briggsmore @ McHenry. There is simply no Comparison. The night crew at Standiford is just the absolute best! This is from a person who cooks from home and from scratch... and isn't really into fast food necessarily...

Horrible employees calling customers out of their name thinking their mic is off. There is always some type of problem or drama going on in this place because the workers are just disrespectful and don't know how to turn mics off, I have a video of this worker calling me out of my name were can I send it? I am more than unhappy with this place because it's not the 1st or 2nd time it has happened and it's always the same girl fighting with people who just want to go buy some food.
Took a long time, fries cold but burger and coke was spot on so that salvaged the experience. There were at least 6 people working and no dine in customers. I was 8th car in drive thru line and it took 40 minutes. I feel bad for the 6 cars that pulled in right after me.
Curly fries were cold, went through the drive thru , our order took forever
Shake machine down, car parked at drive up window and no one would answer the phone to tell they need to move the car that was parked at window so I could drive through and car behind me could get their order. Took over 15 minutes to do this.
Everything here is usually very fresh and tasty. You can tell they clean and change the fry oil like supposed to. Docked star cause customer has remember to ask for sauce
I just hope that during these strange and frustrating times we can all remember that the people working these counters and drive thru windows are working hard with short staffing. Bear with it, give them your best smiles and courtesy. We are all tired and overworked. Let's not take it out on someone else because your chicken nuggets are out or you got the wrong soda.
The breakfast food quality has gone down. Disappointed.
