So first we waited in drive thru for a good 20 minutes almost. We ordered a meal and a jumbo jack and a curly fry. So we finally get are food and before we leave the window we check to make sure the frys are hot and low and behold they are not. So we tell them the frys are cold. They take the food back and make fresh frys. So when we get home we pull out the food and we had ordered spicy popcorn chicken and they literally gave us 6pieces of popcorn chicken, and then we ordered a jumbo jack on sour dough with cheese and they didn't put cheese on it. So we call them and they take are order down (or so they say they are) and are name. Well we go back the next day to get are order and they proceed to tell me that they don't have my name down. The lady was rude and they didn't even give us are whole order like they had said they would back. This is not the first time that this has happened there. We won't be returning here and dont recommend anyone going there.
I like the tacos perfectly fresh and they seem to be didn't have to wait very long at all
The people working drive through are incompetent. And the cooks must not know how to read cause the last 3 times I’ve ordered they put stuff on my burger that I told them not to add. This place used to be good but they must have hired lazy workers. The girl at the window passed me a soda with the lid half off and spilled it on me and my car. And refused to take the soda back and just handed me a lid that’s should fit.
As long as they always put extra lettuce in my tacos they will always get faster.
Young teen working there needs to raise her voice a little. When she talks all you here is mumble. Plus she needs to get her ears clean. Does not hear what we tell her. Didn't like the burger. Too much grease and like that onion taste not onion but similar to it but tasted too much I think it's garlic. Spirit soda tasted like clean water from dishes. And fries were from past 2 or 1 day. And we had to ask her for the recipe and she just grabbed it and left it at the counter and left at the back and started laughing. Needs to have more energy and wanting to show she really wants to work there.
Horrible. Had Jack's Spicy sandwich. The chicken was so tough I gave up 3 bites in and trashed it. I'm so done with Jack in the Box late night run.
Ordered breakfast, got a cold soggy un cooked hash brown. The morning crew was rude.
Always one of my lunch favorites for a quick bite. Always accurate and jack in the box is THE BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK!!!
It's fast food, you know what you're getting. They always get my order right and the line is usually quick.
