This is the worse jack in the box in Modesto. Food quality is horrible. Order two grande sausage burritos. The tortilla was hard and over cooked and they rolled into a ball.had to wait 5 minutes to get my food. The insides of the burrito was hot.with the tortilla having a crunchy texture when I tried to bite it the tortilla split in 5 different directions. Avoid this restaurant so you won't be disappointed
The staff was extremly rude they act as though they were better than any one else especially the girls that work the evening shift. And ive been shorted on my food more than a few times.tonight i ordered 4 orders of tacos and a large fry and only got 2 orders of tacos no fries and ive been calling over and over and it just rings a couple of times and then goes to voicemail that says it hasnt been set up. Plus it seems like they can never make shakes at night because they're ice cream machine is always being serviced.?
Good service in and out no problem. Other than not getting napkins. I did l mentioned I went threw drive threw.
Did not receive my full order..... the fries were missing and I cannot even call now that I'm across town as they're phone goes straight to voicemailI and says it has not yet been set up.......
I like Jack, the food is good employees are generally friendly...but like everywhere else the prices are going up!
Great customer service, I was just the parking lot and the cashier came out and was so attentive and made sure I had a great experience.

Usually always get the ultimate cheeseburger there, but the last 2 times they have been very sloppy put together and made !!! Very disappointed !!!
