I was dashing and go to pick up an order. Granted I understand that at almost 11 at night you may not have shakes available, I'm totally understanding. I give the girl the name over the speaker and she says ok go to the window. Keep in mind the drive thru is packed. I can wait. I call her over the speaker and I'm like hey in addition to picking up the order may I place an order. She says ok. I proceed to ask for 2 chocolate shakes and 2 straw... I'm cut off mind sentence she says oh I'm sorry the shake machine doesn't work. And I'm like ok well then does that mean the shake from the doordash I'm picking up isn't available? And she's like oh yea I meant to tell you that... then you hear mumble behind her and she's like oh sorry I guess the machine is working what would you like. And I'm like 2 chocolate shakes and 2 strawberry shakes. And she says ok a chocolate shake and a strawberry shake... I'm like no I want 2 chocolate shakes and 2 strawberry shakes... why on earth is the next words out of her mouth oh now that's just asking for too much now... seriously my 4 shakes are somehow an inconvenience to you. So I wait in line and once I get to the window guess what... the shake machine magically doesn't work anymore. I think someone's playing games and it's not funny.
Had the new fish burger combo. It was crunchy. Got the 5 piece chicken nuggets, wow, I got a couple of extra, YES.
The employees have been very nice compared to how some other fast food places operate.But it has got to be the worst tasting Jack In The Box in town!! I don't think they were changing the oil often enough.
2 cars in front of us we waiting in drive through for 14 mins didnt even get to place our order this jack in the box deserves zero stars but thats not an option
I am a local, I have had difficulty everytime I go through the drive thru. I've been told the grill is down only drinks and fryer for tonight, or no cash only credit, bur tonight took the cake.I was told they where closed it was 6:50 PM JAN 15. I asked for manager and corporate office. She refused to give me any info (is that jack n box policy) when i got to the window, she turned.her back on me and ignored me. 1 hour later I called to speak the manager. (She denied being closed, and would not give me her name or corporate number). Wow hope someone reviews thi
January 15th at 630pm the manager was uncooperative and wouldn’t give her name. Heavy lifted girl employee was rude and wouldn’t give her name or corporate office number. I suggest going to the one on mc HenryAsk for Jeremy no one makes my food as good as him
Wasn't good they were really slow taking our order. I mean really slow when going through the drive thru. Also getting our food out.The burger I ordered was dry that was reason why I ordered it because of the sauce they were supposed to put in it. We won't be going back.
After waiting in line for almost 30 minutes for an order placed online on their app. Then when I did get to the speaker to order the girl says it will be 20 minutes BEFORE they can even take my order because they are short staffed. WTH? Food was barely warm, soggy and more greasy than usual. Will not use their app again. I waited until I was almost in the drive thru to have order started and still got awful food. We will not be going to the Orangeburg location again.
I don't know what's wrong with this Jack in the Box on Sisk Road in Modesto for some reason they're always saying that they ran out of food early in the day or in between the day or late at night it doesn't matter and their service is always so long even though they don't got people inside only one or two cars in front of them they're always saying that they're fryers down or that there is something wrong I don't know never had the problem before with other workers since they changed workers for some reason they just can't get the hang of it maybe you need more training or somebody that will be more responsible and that are able to train them right can't blame people or new hire if they're not getting the proper training so why don't you Jack in the Box you need to start doing more better by your employees so they're able to do the job that they are able to do can't blame the workers if nothing is there very poor service no matter what day it is
This was the most ridiculous visit,ever!! First, they couldn't accept cash, we're out of dr pepper, didn't have the first three things we tried to order, couldn't get a milkshake, the curly fries were 1/2 an inch long, and crusty...I'll never go to that jack box again! And the service was rude!!
