Went to drive thru and there were about 10 cars and it took about 10 to 15 minutes for each car to get their food and when we finally got up to the box to order they were out of what we wanted so we didn’t get anything but still sat in the line forever to leave!! Its not the first time either!! They are the slowest!! People were leaving and going across the street to mcdonalds!! Never will go there again!! Poor poor service!!!
So the one in Ceres wasn't taking any orders except for Doordash. It would've been nice if they had blocked off the drive-thru but okay. So we went to the one on Oakdale, we wait through the drive-thru and no one says anything for about 3 min. I said hello and she said that she will be with me in a sec. We finally order, pull up to the window, she opens it, doesn't say a word and takes the card. We waited there for about 15 min. I know that a lot of fast food places are short staffed but this lady had no manners. We assumed since they were so slow that they were being thorough. Well for one the tortilla for my husband's breakfast burrito was flaking apart which means its old and it was very small. He has gotten this before and its a pretty decent sized burrito. I eat my breakfast sandwich which had Swiss cheese on it and there was no sauce. Then we get home to find out that the loaded tacos my daughter ordered were just a box of mini tacos. We will never go back there.
I'm not sure what happened, but I recently started getting eggshells in every breakfast item I order. Everything else is the same fast food as expected, but just be aware ordering any of the breakfast items during the night or morning is starting to get a little hit or miss.
If I could rate 0 ⭐ I would...for anyone ordering more then 8 tacos from this place they don't even put taco sauce in your tacos when they are supposed to...we will NEVER be back..such a waste of time
Cold and oily hash browns, breakfast sandwich was just okay. Window server was really nice. Most likely not going back for a quick meal.

The flagship. It's not just Jack in the Box. All fast food has become trash in the past few years. The chicken sandwich was a hockey puck. Only order tacos or do better to not eat this fake food.

They forgot an item in my order. I confirmed with the drive thru employee that everything was there. He said yes. Kind of annoying after a long day that I can't trust the kid of the employees there.
The staff late evening around 1am was very nice and also the food was so good and hot! Go to this location not the one on Yosemite and dry creek that location is so unprofessional and ghetto.
