Don't eat at this place unless you're other option is starvation. I've worked at a Jack in the Box and this place give them a poor reputation. Service is subpar and food is worst. Made the mistake of eating there today because I forgot about my last experience, I was hungry and they were right there...convenience. Plus, I'm diabetic. I wouldn't serve the food to a hog. The place used to be busy but I've noticed that traffic is nonexistent and I suspect the cars in the parking lot belong to the employees.TEAR IT DOWN!! TEAR IT DOWN!!
A little slow today. But the food is always really good! Just the customers if front of us had a few big orders. So patience was good today. Staff can only go so fast!
A week ago I went through the drive thru and was greeted so very politely I ordered ultimate cheeseburger meal with cheese fries and a large drink. I did not expect it to be amazing food but it was the cheese perfectly on top of the fries equal amount of sauce on the burger tasted amazing cooked perfectly. In these days that we are in I appreciate how hard they work at this jack in the box. I want to compliment cooks servers and managers it put a big smile on my face keep up the great work
Manager doing the night shift needs a raise for putting up with my dad ranting since he is difficult. Manager was so nice and sweet also the cute employee Jeremy that works night shifts needs a raise since he’s such a hard worker!!!
BAD BAD BAD ? You will be disrespected and made fun off if you come to this place. Workers are always fighting with the customers and you will have to wait over an hour at the drive thru..
On 12/18/21 at 11:56 Lidia was the name of the lady who took my order .. she gave me my order wrong n i told her about it .. n she was so rude n told me well i can only give u wat u order and wats on the order n i told her u got my order wrong n she just slam the window n close it . I stay waited there she came back n i told her can I speak to a manager n she no shes no there she was so rude until another lady came saying she was the manger n she did the same thing she slammed the window… so I just left but i will call n make a report with these two ladies they need to treat there customers good

Let me tell you if you had you a good night out drinking and you feeling right? or just chilling with your friends omg go get some of they tacos I didn't think I'd like them at 1st but then 1 night ? whew my mind was changed ? and also grab some churros
They have ruse customer service in the drive threw. When they ask if you want any dipping sauce and you tell them yes and you tell them what kind you want they dont put the sauce in the bag....
The food is good 4/5 but the service here at night is a sub-par 2/5. The workers seem irritated frequently and have even refused to make anything other than hamburgers at one point which i thought was weird. I always ask for no tomato and it usually ends up on the sandwhich anyways but thats not a super big deal to me. The 7 dollar munchie meal is great value however so ill keep goin back.
