Good Sourdough Jack and friendly service, but no in-dining? No restrooms? Kind of a bummer when you're driving on 99 on a four hour trip and stop for lunch. Next time, I'll put up with inferior burgers at McDs.
They have good food. The problem is if you have any changes to the food you're ordering they don't always get it right. I'd have to say it's A 50 /50 chance at this moment sometimes it could be less or more.
Food is always good here. Service is not too bad.
Found plastic in my food. I order orange juice and when I went to the window she said we don’t have orange juice. They don’t care about there job. The workers are in a rush.

This place is very dirty I found hair in my food the manager refused to replace my sourdough jack. Then I went back the next week and they refused to serve me in the drive thru because I wasnt wearing a mask. The mask mandate was lifted and they still refused to serve me
Went at about 10:32 a.m. on Monday, May 24. Ordered a chocolate milkshake and got a vanilla with some chocolate syrup. I asked the employee if she could mix it more because it looked like vanilla and she told me they are just like that. They are in fact not like that because I told her I have gotten darker ones on the Yosemite Blvd Jack in the box in a Modesto. All I wanted was a CHOCOLATE milkshake... I have pictures too but can't find where to upload at the moment... After tasting it, had to go back in drive through and tell her again that I did not want this milkshake and got my money back instead of another one because she did not look happy that I was not okay with a vanilla milkshake mixed with light syrup
First of all rude customer service after I told them I drove there from another jack in the box because supposedly they were closed for maintenance then they take my order and then they forgot stuff from my order I drove around knocked on the door no one came so I had to go back thru the drive thru mind you there was a longggggggg line and ask for my food that was missing that I got charged for they need to make sure orders are right !
I went for a walk quick lunch I order the tacos combo. The tacos were too greased they were not fresh but I enjoy the curly fries so not too good experience today but I had eat this tacos before they were not that bad but today not good
