Great service late night. Very on point after hrs that's when I go. Thanks for always giving me what I ordered. Never have forgotten to give me anything of my order. I love it. Can't say that about many other places even tho that's their job and still end up messing up orders..Thanks guys keep up the great work.
The food is great but they mess up on the orders just about everytime I go there
Very bad service, the guy on the speaker was acting he couldn't hear me, took a while to answer. I was missing food. Fries,drink. Was not even warm the fries. Disappointing service
Poor customer service, hair in my food and refused to refund me, I opened my bag at the drive thru in front of them and they said I put the hair there. Laughed in my face and closed the window on me. The only they're getting one star is because I can't give them 0.

January 1 2022 morning crew cashier has no friendly service bad tensions the mopping was greasy enough to were you literally stand still you feet began to slide and no public restrooms for customers only for those who are employed at this establishment but will let family and friends use smh I seen it for myself didn't see any workers around stood there for few minutes .. jack In the box here is not ? void this spot McDonald's has better service across the street
The teenaged children that work there are RUDE !! Little girl with red hair has NO customer service skills AT ALL…and the young man shift manager that had NO name tags on and refused to give me Store managers name. Shut the drive thru window laughing being so rude and unprofessional!!! PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO AT 4p.m today Oct 29th !!! General Manager needs to seen that !!!!!
It's good that they are open 24 hours but not good when systems down and they have to close at times , sometimes I go to bed early without eating since morning and wake up and go there
They hire ppl who can’t listen or read.The best place to get your order incomplete. They will make sure and read u the order back correctly but it will come out with something missing.
Honestly, this jack in the box is horrible!!!!! Its the closest one to my house so I've been there A LOT!!! And let me tell you, its worth the extra drive to the one downtown.. Every single time I go there the food is horrible!! I ordered a small Chocolate shake, it was melted like they made it as soon as I ordered it, and there was a line... Plus there was SO MUCH chocolate sauce in there I took 3 drinks and had to toss it!!! It was disgusting!!!! My mom got a cheesecake and it was still frozen!! I didn't complain, because I wouldn't trust them to remake my food... After everything single items I said, the guy kept saying "is that all.... " no customer service!!!!!!! Plus the food is always horrible!!! And they forget items most of the time...
