Wife and I go through the drive thru its always packed we get cheese burger meal sometimes I got a neopolllen milk shake delicious
Employees very helpful even to the point of over helpful but not in a bad way. Very friendly and greeted you coming in and going out. Did not feel like a fast food Environment at all.
I have to say this is one of the better In-N-Out burgers that I’ve been to. And I’ve been to a bunch. They have a group of energetic younger people working here. They are very courteous, professional and making sure that you have a favorable experience. They move the drive up window in a pretty fast pace and minimizing the wait time for people standing in line inside. My hats off to all the employees at the store.
Love it, go every Friday night with my car buddies. Fast amazing nice service, tables always clean, floors always clean. Food is way better than what you would expect for the price. They have the heater in the winter and ac full blast in the summer. Always get my order right. Would recommend!
They exceed expectations with quality and taste. And "CONGRATULATIONS~!" they did so much business in this little town that they finally broke down and broke out with a brand new full on In & Out not more than a mile away!Unfortunately the half hour waits for their highly sought after burgers is a testament to the non-innovative purse-string allocations by In & Out upper management.Had a little more thought and/ or study been put into customer demand vs typical avg drive through times, (and a college microeconomics refresher on Economies of Scale been considered), then their obscene drivethrough waiting times would be low, their profit margins even higher than what they are now, and a customer satisfaction rating, for little to no waiting, that would rival even the fastest of the fast food market chains.As they are right now? I had time to write all that, -and I'm -still- waiting in line :0|We can do better.
Always busy but the staff is friendly. The order is always right, they are never out of anything never full of excuses. Good, affordable place to eat.
A frequent haunt of pretty much everyone in town, this place is always busy, with a drive through line that will stretch and wind through the parking lot 30+ cars long at peek evening times. Patience is rewarded however with the line moving quickly (~15 minutes) and the food piping hot as it enters your car.
Usually great service every time. Today was the exception. From the guy who took our order via drive thru to the guy who gave us our food. Definitely not the friendly staff we are used to. Order was not correct either. Hoping this was just a off night for them.
Consistent consistent consistent. Man i appreciate it so much that i know what im getting when i come here. It's never a gamble with quality like other fast food places.
