Food was good,Waitress had attitude,Party of 10, and yes we were polite to the waitress despite her attitude, and tip wasn't worth giving but she got it
I love ihop I’ve been eating their pancakes since I was a kid, I had a craving the other day and decided to order pancakes for the whole family from door dash, I received my order and boy was I bummed when I saw how they cooked these nasty pancakes, I tried to force myself to eat them and even tho they were burnt I figured could taste the original goodness I’m used to, but goodness they didn’t look like the pancakes I’m used and they certainly did not taste like them, I spent $59.38 with fees and delivery and I won’t repeat that again, I contact DoorDash and IHOP and they both did nothing as far as it went I received my order as requested but what I should have done is drive them back to establishment and asked them if they would eat anything like they served, never again I’ll go back to the old fashion Denny’s though they don’t have same flavors they won’t burn your pancakes.
Second time this has happened to my family. Sign on door says open Mon-Sun, 7:00am-10:00pm. I took my family only to find the door locked at 7:00pm. People were in the dining room eating and getting orders taken. So when I called to see why the door was locked, the phone was not answered for 3 separate calls. Thankfully there was an open Denny's right down the road. We'll just have to start with them first.
The service was great and the food was delicious. I got a strawberry cream crepe, thinking it would be some overly-sweet dish, but it was actually far more strawberry than sweet. The eggs were well-cooked, the bacon was just right between crunchy and floppy, and the hash browns were flavorful. Hot chocolate was downright hedonistic, how good it was.
This is the second time of coming to this location. And it’s just disappointing. Half of my salad was bruised. And had pieces of meat from someone else’s order. I got a turkey melt and the cheese was not melted. Looked like they never put it on the grill. And the fries were like the only thing that was “okay”. Server was kind to take the salad off my receipt. But I don’t need a 3rd experience here.

Had breakfast and it was great until I got home. Unfortunately I experienced severe stomach cramps and was not feeling well for a couple of days? Possible food poisoning not sure but was able to get past it.

Most of the servers weren't wearing masks even tho it's still a mandate right now in CA. Food wise...it was ok, my chicken was super over cooked, had to ask multiple times for refills or drink and dip sauce (cause they forgot) ranch was watery and thin......fries were good and so was the onion rings
So I was there this Sunday service was good and fast food was delicious but I left $10 cash tip. And guess what the server give herself another $10 on my credit card without my authorization which is no nice this is called stealing so you don't do that be aware people
