Blatantly allows fraudulent purchases to proceed. I live in Texas, and my IHOP account was used to make an online order here. After receiving the email confirmation and immediately clearing any credit cards I had on this account, I called the listed number and informed this location a fraudulent order had been placed. I was assured they would cancel the order, but lo and behold I'm still being charged $39.11. The online interface is a joke too, I can't even pull up an order history to prove it with my credit card company.
There check in for the table was great . You can see how long you have been waiting and who is I front of you. They said 10 min and it was 9 min. Food was good. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, but when we ordered the scramble that has hash browns under it, our server did not tell us that but rather said it’s on the menu.
Everything was good but two of the staff members where having a loud, not so private conversation unrelated to work for the whole restaurant to hear. A bit unprofessional to say the least. Just hearing them talk made me worry, they sounded like elementary kids having a debate. And yet at the same time, amusing ?.
Worst service in the world. We came in to bring forced to wait for the girl to get off phone with what I can assume is her boss. She was asking if she could close early because it was empty no one there. Then took our order and brought our food and never saw her again waited and waited for check finally got up and stood at register waiting to pay. She was around the corner eating at a table I saw her when I took one of my kids to the bathroom. Will never go back to this restaurant worst service of my life.
Our waitress was incredible considering her workload with how busy it was on Christmas Eve.I ordered chicken and waffles, the food was awesome, perfectly prepared and all came in a timely manner!
server only came by once after ordering and dropping off food. then acted like I asked for a kidney when I asked for flavored syrup! the hash browns where over done and raw at the same time. I now understand why they weren't as busy as the other restaurants near them!
Omg my waiter jose was absolutely amazing. He definitely deserves a raise for how much he does at night he is the only waiter. Definitely would love to go again but only if he’s working. However I had to deal with another lady named Maria, she is absolutely terrible I thought i was an employee working there.
Didn't get my order right then when i called about it the lady gave me attitude like was my fault she said she'd rite it down and give me a discount the next time i ordered and i said no i want what i paid for so went down to pick up my new order and a guy named Louis gave me 4 sausage and said that's it i said where's my other stuff my eggs? He laughed and walked off not very good Customer service
Great place to eat!! The food was all good! The Reece's pancakes are awesome!The service was quick and friendly.The restaurant was clean and orderly. They even had Halloween decorations up.We went with 4 kids under 10 and 2 adults and we were all full for under $40.We will be visiting IHOP again!!
Always a line and always worth the wait. Nothing extra, standard IHOP menu, but the food is reliably good and the service is always top notch.
