Delicious!! All our food were beautifully presented and everything was very yummy, including a vegetarian roll. Sashimi was fresh and the lady with the red hair was a great host! Highly recommended!!
Had a great experience with the food and staff. They had tables that offered an open BBQ but we opted to just order off the menu and save that experience for next time. Food was delicious. Sushi made at the bar across from our table. My mom and husband really enjoyed them and promised to return to try more. I had chicken bulgogi. It was cooked perfectly and I loved the garlic added to the fresh veggies. Bottom line...if you're looking for something new, this place is worth your time. Can't wait to go back!
Excellent food, staff, service. Spur of the moment, we went there to celebrate our wedding anniversay. We weren't aware of needing a reservation for grill tables. Annie, hostess, was so kind to seat us between reservations. Server was very pleasant and patient ... showing us how everything works. The atmosphere, appearance and cleanliness is excellent. Great for small or large parties. Thank you Annie for making our special evening more precious.
Smells really good, this place is really clean and decorations make it look absolutely stunning. Employees are really polite and patient. You feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. At night it looks even more nice. Thank you so much. I just wished there bags were different because they rip easily when you have alot of food.
They food is good if you order the right thing I guess. I usually get the chicken bento box. I order scallops for $17 I received the smallest bay scallops about 10 of them and fried rice was $5 for a box of grease with some eggs and green onions. I was told that it would be vegetables. The prices don't match the quality. I don't mind paying if it's good but you just lost a customer. Just paid $24 and still hungry rice was unedible.
After eating here several times, I can’t believe I am saying this: I am truly dissatisfied and very disappointed. I love this place and this isn’t the first time I have noticed a red flag, but this time, this red flag was brighter than that of the lady with red hair. I ordered pickup because with the whole pandemic thing I felt uncomfortable eating inside. Not only that, but last time I went to eat inside, the lady with red hair (on the receipt with my order says her name is Annie) Annie begs me for a tip and asks “Didn’t I do a good job?”... Yes you did do a good job Annie until you got impatient with me and that $20 I was going to hand you, went back to my wallet. I wish I were lying. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I hate eating inside now thanks to her. Mind you that when I go, my bills are from $110-$140, so I expect good service just like they expect their money and if not more. Well instead of expecting from the customer, they should expect from themselves. When I got home with my $111.10 pick up order, I got so furious to find out my cheesecake was missing. I get it mistakes happen, but how come when I don’t have 10 cents on me, I am not forgiven? I have to walk to my car to get spare change. So for them not to give me my cheesecake doesn’t sit well with me and on top of it all I had called twice specifically asking if they had this item at hand. They expect the customer to pay and even leave a tip, well how about they decide to prepare orders correctly. I am going to call tomorrow and if this place does not come to an agreement, not only will this restaurant lose a valuable customer but also a whopping monthly $500. In other words, if they can’t give me my cheesecake or my $4 back, they will lose a yearly approximation of $5,500.
Great food. First time there it might be my new favorite spot to eat at.Clean and peaceful environment friendly people great tasting food.
I’ve been here a couple of times but this time I got all vegetarian items from the Japanese menu this time. If you are vegetarian or vegan let them know and they’ll tell you what the chef’s specials are and what they can create for you.The BBQ options are great, it’s cool to cook the food at the table if that’s your thing. Their menu is really diverse so have a lot of options. The atmosphere is chill. You’ll leave here happy for sure.
It’s sucks to say, but this place is understaffed. It’s two restaurants in one and they barely had enough (2/3) servers for their sushi side. Our grill stopped working 60% of the way, didn’t get service very often. Calamari was good, short ribs were flavorful. But the rest of the food was lackluster. The beef was weird, the lamb tasted in the off side. They only gave us one tiny portion of Kimchi for a table of four, and only ONE NAPKIN EACH.Ambient wise- it’s cold inside and the tables weren’t that clean ?The chicken was good but only because our grill stopped working and they had a cook it in the back.Sorry not the thanksgiving spirit :/
I loved the food, atmosphere and prompt service. The staff was friendly. The entire restaurant was clean and well put together.I ordered the shrimp tempura as an appetizer, and it was delicious. It was perfectly crispy. The shrimp were large and meaty. The batter was crunchy and not overly oily. It was a generous portion.I also ordered Tonkatsu Ramen, and I really enjoyed it. All flavors were well balanced, and the pork literally melted in my mouth. It was very flavorful and complimented the soup very well. I recommend this one for sure.I will come back to try their Korean bbq next time.
