I have to first state a couple of things that need to be gotten out of the way right away!I worked in food for OVER 15 years in a managerial capacity. Whether it be a fast food restaurant or a more "high capacity restaurant " I've been around for awhile....I had an issue with an order placed online the night before last. I received the food, acknowledged the issues and decided to call the store to address them.I then spoke with the manager in charge named Marissa. I told her my issue and she went ABOVE and beyond to make sure I could pick up my order the following day with no issues! Great job in management!!!!
Wish they kept this place cleaner, there's always food scattered and on the floor. Do not eat here if you have a peanut allergy because they allow peanuts to be cooked on the grill.
Great food and good service...I must add don't be afraid to make your bowl big because everything shrinks when cooked
Love this place! Great service. The only thing I don't understand is if you dine in and use more then one bowl you can't take your leftovers home. But I will still go eat here and enjoy it!
Going to Mongolian is alright, however ordering food to be delivered sucks as they often forget parts of your order or entire parts before handing them out for delivery especially during lunch hours. This happened three times to me already.In short, don't order delivery.
Really good , fun experience how they cook ur food, but they Should bring out ur extras after bowls are done because everything was cold when we got to table with are noodle bowl. And the dishes are not that clean, or bathroom.
I have never seen this place so nasty. Everything is sticky and there is food everywhere but in the food bar. Everything was empty. The bathroom was so dirty I could not bring myself to use it. The only good thing is that we got here at the right time. They are so focused on the Togo orders that 19 people in line have had to wait almost 45 minutes and they are still waiting poor people.
As a Dasher: This location's staff is always friendly and service is always fast. Easy pick up never a long wait. 5 STARS!
Great food, cooked right in front of you. If you've never tried GK Mongolian BBQ, I highly suggest you find your local one!
Love going to places that let you pick out the ingredients, like veggies, meat & sauces you want on your food and then they cook it to perfection. Definitely a must try if you like this kind of food..
