If i could give negative stars, I would. I have been a loyal customer to this place for years and last week I went in to order and the lady who is usually friendly to me was absolutely cold. She refused to serve me and told me “My boss told me not to serve you anymore because we don’t make money off of you, you stack your bowl too full. So I can’t serve you.” Apparently you get banned for following the business model…? I was appalled, shocked, and embarrassed. I pay my share just like everyone else and they have the gall to tell me they make no money on me?? It seems to me these owners are not in the right industry if they are blaming their customers for lack of profit. Raise prices if you feel that way or close the store. Their customer service is terrible and the staff seems to hate being there. Do not come here.
Worst customer service ever! I was putting meat in my large bowl (extra upcharge) and they told me to stop putting so much? I literally had about 10 pieces of the thin shaved meat in my bowl lol. They watched me like I was stealing when I was putting vegetables in the bowl. This is a poor excuse for a Mongolian BBQ. They then snatched my bowl when I was done and dropped veggies and then put them back on the serving line ? sauces are watered down and then they added water because the crazy little Asian lady doesn’t put enough. This place deserves zero stars!!!!Save your money and go to a Mongolian outside the mall that doesn’t charge $15 for a bowl and act like you are a treasure thief for putting what you paid for in your bowl.
Really bad service do not recommend my sister and I had a bad experience 2 weeks ago. the man on the grill I suppose he's the owner just tossed my plate and he is really rude . They should just shut down... ?
Super rude employees. Super cheap. They stare at you as if you are stealing. And the cook tosses the bowl so you lose some of your food.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, the cashier was rude and had given me and everyone in front of me a hard time, I guess she was the owners daughter or something. You can tell she doesn’t want to be there or maybe she just hates her life but why treat the customers so trashy
Only giving one star since you have to rate them.We’ve been coming here long before the pandemic when it used to be ran by the employees and not the owners. Much better back then.The owner who I assume is on the grill now purposely flings the food around to make sure you loose the majority of your veggies. They also watch you like your stealing from them while picking out your veggies ?. We’ve started to come less and less throughout the times due to all their changes. Now they’ve also started to water down the sauce they use which is just beyond stupid. We essentially bought a plate of steamed veggies with no taste.Do better. Stop being stingy or just close down the spot if it pains you that much ?.
I was in this place last sunday and I had the worst experience in my life.. I searched the place to make a complaint and I find the same problem in the reviews over and over again !!! ( worst costumer service) the girl who works here is the worst in customer service yelling at me, snatching my tray and throwing my husband's money on the floor…. she even called us cheap… I don't understand why they have this kind of people working in kind of place !! please help this girl , she has serious issues..
Employees (bar one) are super rude. Very short and typically won't look you in the eyes. Have been fighting hard to get in during their new hours. Finally got in super excited and whatnot. But after getting to the end of the line, I was told very curtley "Try to get it all in the bowl sir, that is a lot of waste." I am not joking when I say there was a pinch of cilantro and 2 cucumber slices. I have seen people get yelled at or corrected in line before, and heard horror stories. But figured so long as I was polite there wouldn't be any problems. 2 years later.. NOPE there will always be problems.
Do not recommend this place ! Employees are all rude. the counter girl & the guy on the grill they will watch you and will get mad if you add too much on your bowl , they literally Pull out my plate from my hand and said get the F out & She throw out my money on the floor & kick Me out of the restaurant & want to fight me shes crazy I will give a 0 star but theirs no option
Rude customer service. I wouldn't trust the food here if their service is horrible. Just shows they skimp out on the process. They also have a mask fhurer who is the only one in modesto forcing you to wear a mask in order to eat there.
