This place has not only healthy, but extremely delicious protein options from shakes to waffles to donuts. Speaking of donuts, the owner hooked my wife and I with some heart shaped donuts because it’s V-day!
Great place. I love their shakes and teas especially the mango colada and gummi bear. Danny and Angel are so helpful, friendly and wonderful to all their customers too.

Amazing place to come and get your pre, and post-workout shakes/drinks! You don’t have to get a workout shake, though. They have a great variety of drinks, and the owner is always looking to innovate the taste of their menu. Just like a great chef is always working on the taste of his dishes in a high-end restaurant.The place is always very clean and has a modern feel to it, which makes it compelling to every age range especially teens and young adults. The staff is refreshingly friendly, always welcoming with a smile. If you’re fond of supporting emerging local businesses, this is a great addition to your go-to places.
Probably one of the best shakes I have ever had! Plus the owner is very friendly and usually has the best recommendations! Brought a group of friends in and he picked all of our drinks from just a few questions! Crazy to be real, but damn a good shake! Would recommend if you are trying to start a better nutrition, or just need a quick shake for the day!
The only place that I go for my nutrition shakes. I’m friends with the owner, he’s a really nice cool guy and he always has good work ethic and works in professional manner. Lots of flavors and options to choose from. Best place to get a fast meal replacement.
