I was a HUGE fan of this place. But I will no longer be returning because of the same issue I have with them. I always order my wings extra wet and it’s an extra charge for that. 99% of the time they don’t come wet! They are dry or oily. I contacted the manager and he gave me store credit which was really nice. I went in to use the store credit, asked for my wings extra wet once again and they were dry!!!!! I even asked the girl who took my order, if she can make sure they’re extra wet. She said yes but apparently didn’t relay the message! They lost my business for sure!!
If I could mark zero stars I would so I ordered $50 worth of food the place wasn’t even busy. Our fries plate was cold when we asked for crispy fries and I talked to the manager in charge and she even squeezed the fries and felt it was not crispy and cold. As I went back up again to explain to the other order taker then manager is laughing with the guess cause I am complaining about them messing up. Not even a couple minutes later fries not crispy and still cold this all happen in 45 minutes time frame with 3 table occupied. Then you hear the manager talking to the cooks in the back and they are all laughing about how they messed up our order. Unprofessional
Food was cold when we waited over 15 mins for our food (it was slow at this time too), staff seemed pretty cool but talk freely amongst one another in front of customers right by the soda machine, and the food was gross. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was heavily breaded. More fried parts than meat. Tasted more like dust. Spent almost $50 (that’s including a 20% tip). It’s a hype nothing more. Go to McDonald’s instead. ONLY thing we enjoyed was the zucchini sticks—woulda still been better if we had warmer food. A worker also had his backpack on and sweater over his shoulder while walking in and out of the kitchen. They all need more training. We saw another worker serve beer and it overflowed and went onto his fingers while handing it to the customer. He just apologized and carried on. I shoulda have a gotten a refund but was so fed up with being there. NOT worth the money or experience.
My kiddo and I got horribly sick after eating at the Westheimer location.
Came here for lunch ordered a 10 piece wing combo with a side of fries and an extra mac & cheese. They forgot my side of fries and when the wings arrived they were completely cold!! I explain to them that they forgot my side and they went to go fix it but then came back and says they’re going to charge me. Will not be coming back to this place again completely horrible experience all that wait and all for nothing and I never got a refund!!! Worst food experience in a very long time!!
Horrible service! Rude employees that didn't want to be at work. You only get 2 small ranch with 20 piece so I paid for 4 extra. When I got home, 2 of the 4 spilled in bag with 20 peice, with mac and cheese and rolls all on the bottom of containers. Will not return here. WINGSTOP it is.
We are visiting Modesto and thought we would give this wing spot a try. Ordered delivery which was quick! We ordered the 20 piece bone in but when we received our order, all of the wings were boneless (even though our receipt clearly stated bone in). That was very disappointing and the flavors were mediocre.
It's good! But some wings are more like 'sparrow wings'. 5 of those is 1.5 oz. of food. 2 people $35.00 (wings and fries)?
went today and they shorted the wing order, we counted them they asked us to count again, then couldn't make the flavor we asked for, manager comes out and asks if we are the ones complaining ??? wtf then says she will give us 2 wings when we were shorter more... do u think I make a living scamming a few wings from restaurants laquisha (the manager)is the reason I won't come back
First and last time. The chicken sandwich was to hard , the flavoring didnt go together, very dry. The fries were ok and the sauces are a required taste. To each they're own. Over cooked wings and chicken sandwich.
