After deciding weeks ago that this is NOW one of the worst places to eat in Modesto, I've gone back 2x for my man, who has loved MOAB forever. Yesterday's (6/12/22) purchase was, finally, the last MOAB burger for us. I ordered to go as we live just under a mile from MOAB on Tully - when I got home with the order - burgers were a soggy, limp, fall apart mess - fries cold - over $30 for this! MOAB is convenient, love Eddie - but sayonara MOAB! Even one star is giving too much credit.
Went to Fast Eddie’s for the first time as the Scenic Drive In was closed and this place had good reviews! To start off, the young lady at the register had zero personality! If I had to guess, she either hates her job, or really did not want my business! I ordered anyway and after paying $52.30 for 3 people, here is what I thought! The food is pricey and not that good at all. My burger was just warm, way to much sauce and wow, could they have put anymore pepper on it! Overall, it wasn’t good at all! My wife and daughter both had the sourdough burger and thought the exact same thing. In the end, this will be the last time we eat here! Save your money and go anywhere else!!!!
This place is where The Krusty Krab meets your back yard BBQ where your famous uncle who can't boil water is the master burger meister who you could always count on to have a spatula in one hand and beer in the other, flipping them USDA patties with precision. Enter...FAST EDDIES MOAB (meal on a bun) forget that Robert Wilson is a great friend of mine whom I would help hide er.. (move I meant) everything from a couch to corpse...this place is AUTHENTIC BURGERS like my pappy's pappy use to pat & pepper so properly. Heck, it better be good...they've only been at it for over 50 years and counting. Want a good old fashion burger...look no further than Fast Eddie's...you won't be disappointed!
I was lucky enough to get to eat here while visiting town. It's rare that a burger leaves an impression, I really enjoyed this one and I've been craving it since I had it! The onion rings were perfect, the fries and tots too. The burger was cooked just right and was so tasty. Nice pinball and shuffle board to pass the time while waiting, and lots of seating. The decor is awesome too. Love this place.
My boyfriend and I ordered burgers, fries and a shake. I ordered the child's cheese burger and my boyfriend ordered the big cheese burger with everything on it. It was pricey but wow, it was great. The size of my burger was huge.The quality was great.I could only eat half of the burger. The fries were fantastic. I only had 2. I will finish the rest today. My husband was impressed also. I recommend this place and will return.
1st time guy. No joke this is the best sandwich I had ever! I'm always painfully honest so im 100% loving it! It's the best! There's nothing close. thank you for making it an experience!
Been there so many time over the years and they never fail
As my husband is a connoisseur of western burgers, he got the western and was suitably impressed! Really good burgers and the shakes were great too. The interior has so many decorations, there's loads to look at - it's an eclectic mix! Friendly staff too who talked us through some of the menu. Would definitely come back.
My first time there. While I waited for food I was looking at his collectibles inside and enjoyed it! Then customer service was good. Workers treated me very friendly! My food was GOOD! I will go back again to try other stuff.
Love going to Mohab for good ,fast service and nostalgia.Try their burgers and there fried zucchini . You wouldn't want a steady diet but once in a while it is a treat.
