For the second time in one week, there was food missing from our order. I do not know why we keep going back. They do not answer their phone and you cannot leave a message because the mailbox is full.
First time I had ever been here! Staff was friendly and helpful and quick with service. The food was delish! Will definitely go back! Highly Recommend!!

Not sure when the price went up but the taco al carbon is now $2.99. Sorry but its just not worth that price. Asked for a container of hot sauce and was told they don't give those out anymore.
Good flavor, but cutting larger pieces into two? Are you kidding? Wings are not pieces of chicken either. Never again.
Usually a great place, for my family and I, however, today it was anything but that. My mother and I arrived and ordered, but upon receiving our order, we were lied to by one of the employees about having Guacamole when we asked ( it was right behind her and she still was stating they were out). Not only that, but our tortillas were not given to us and when opening our ordered mashed potatoes, they were dried out and contained an excessive amount of brown powder. Definitely a memorable experience, but for all the wrong reasons.

Used to be great, been coming for years. Ate el pollo loco everyday for lunch while working in the area. New management serves you old chicken “nothing goes to waste” tactics. Last night the skin on my 3pc. Looked like it had been sitting around for hours. Also not a fan of the new tostada bowls. The old recipe is better.
Tried something new. It was pretty good. I'm sure I'll eat it again. Chicken nachos $5 deal.
