I’ve only been here once and it will probably be the only time. It is authentic Chinese food, but our food was not as good as expected . The staff are very slow and tend to sit at the tables eating in front of you. We had asked for boxes and they never came. We had to flag down another waiter to get us boxes. It was not busy at all and it just didn’t seem like they were focused on our experience in their restaurant.
The fried rice is crunchy. The dumplings with the Dim Sum are a bit too sticky for my tastes. But the price is right and they are usually.open and never very crowded. It works. And the last time I was there, just a bit up coffee some more is a Bakers Square. I recommend the Apple Pie. Excellent.
I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant! I've ordered from Dynasty many times but, recently the food has become very bland and any chicken dish I've had had chewy and hard bits that instantly turned you off to eating further. Even my favorite appetizer, the cream cheese wontons were mainly overly fried puff pasty with very little cream cheese. The only positive note from my last experience was the pan seared potstickers and the sauce.I am unsure if I will be returning to Dynasty Garden.
food was really good, all-inclusive options on the menu, and the portions were big enough for a whole family! service was super efficient as well. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
The food was delicious! Fresh and hot, and flavorful. They also checked in to see how we were doing, and gave us recommendations for certain foods, such as the fried rice and pan-fried noodles which were really good! I would visit again, but definitely with a larger group to share food! The baked BBQ pork buns were my favorite today.
Only place to go for Chinese food. Nothing else will do. The staff are friendly and welcoming. All our big family events are celebrated here. Love it!
Only dim sum spot in Modesto. Some dishes are hit and miss but overall they do a great job. I haven't dined in for a while (covid) so I can't speak on the service, it was good when we use to go. Yesterdaywe ordered out and everything was really good besides the chinese broccoli with oyster sauce, it was watery and I'm guessing it was from the steam from the travel back home?
This has been our go to restaurant since it opened, it was a little touch of China Town, in Modesto. Unfortunately in the past 2 years , it's just changed, we often ate here 3 to 4 times a month. The quality of the food has been difficult to predict. The price has double , the portions have reduced, the taste is hit or miss. With great regret we will no longer, be visiting this restaurant. I don't recommend it any longer.
Service was slow took almost an hour to get our food. Food was pretty good. The restaurant was freezing they could turn off the AC. Not good enough to go back or recommend.
The food here is absolutely delicious! I stick with the common beef and broccoli and sesame, orange chicken and chow mein alongside an order of egg rolls and BBQ Pork Buns. The staff here is very friendly! Make sure to order in advance as this place can get busy increasing wait times anywhere from 30min-50min. Believe me! It's worth the wait. ?
