First time I've not had a good experience with Domino's so I can't really say too bad of things about them except that the pizza was really cold this time and overcooked and it arrived late on top of it a little disappointed for the amount of money I spent

Employee wouldn’t stop knocking at the door, made dogs upset. Ordered 3 items, two of which were wrong and got thrown away. There’s no way to get a refund or the right food through their website or app. The most you can do is get ‘points’ IF you’re a member. Worth one pizza. Doesn’t even replace the two items that were wrong. Extremely disappointing.

I ordered at 4:10pm it's 5:00 now I have 24 minutes until I get off. It never failes that my food is always late so can yall fix this like come on it shouldn't take this long to get my food

I ordered my food thinking it wouldn’t take that long we’ll my order has been on quality check since 7:30 PM and it’s 8:31 wonder when my food is going to get here. I called them 4 times because they could even answer the phone and the lady tells me that my order is about to leave the store. That store is a joke if they need 30 minutes to do a quality check and another 30 minutes to leave the store and deliver it!!

The delivery driver gave my pizza to another person at the motel I was at .They were very unprofessional and kept us on hold for 15 mins we never did get a credit on our cc or ty he pizza ? terrible service

I just had my ordered canceled for idk what reason and I can't get a hold on anyone at the store to let me know what's going on. Not even a call back telling me anything. Now I have to wait for them to process my money back and since it was a big order, I don't count on that money to go somewhere else. Zero professionalism.Edit: I called twice and both times they just hung up the phone. Wow.

I will never order pizza again from this place I was at work ordered pizza for my daughter who was at an apartment building with her friend and I paid for my pizza with my credit card online and my daughter never got her Pizza I paid for it tipped and got a message saying that it was delivered so I called to figure out what was going on and the driver gave my pizza to somebody else in the apartment building they didn't offer to replace my pizza they didn't give me my money back I tipped well and I will never order pizza from here again I suggest you don't pay your pizza first if you order from here you pay cash cuz you'll never get your pizza worst customer service I have ever dealt with if I could give them a zero I would give them a zero
