They screwed up our door dash order so badly that it could not be salvaged and then refused to refund our money unless we brought the messed up food down there, but we had ordered door dash for a reason. I told them this and was rudely dismissed. They were not even apologetic about getting my order wrong. Awful customer service. I will never eat there again.
This place messed up our order that we ordered from door dash because we obviously weren't mobile, and they refused to refund our money or do anything to fix it unless we brought the food back down there. I explained to them we weren't mobile and they said there was nothing they could do and weren't even slightly apologetic about their error. I will never eat at this place again. Not only are they over-priced, but they have horrible customer service as well.
Sandwich was good but I did pay for avocado and they literally only put two small slices. Smh. Would’ve been five stars if they gave me my money’s worth.
Let me start by saying the food is great here, love the fries and the sandwiches are great. But whoever runs this place should be fired. This business should not be on DoorDash, just had my order cancelled for the 3rd time in two months. And this is after they’ve already confirmed it and a driver is waiting. If the staff can’t even make two sandwiches, what hope do they really have? Thankfully Mr.Pickles is open when they say they are and you can see how hard the staff works there
They never answer the phone and always close early.They lock the door and leave on the open sign and ignore you when you are at the door trying to figure out what’s going on.Unprofessional and don’t deserve the customers they still have.Was my favorite place for years but will never spend a dollar there again.Drastic decline in customer service.The guy locks the door and sits in the back on his phone.Dont go here or trust these clowns with your food.Jan 19 550 pm.
Sandwich was OK, sweet potato fries were soggy, beer battered fries delicious! BUT the customer service was horrible. I walked in then after 5 mins of no communication I said, "HELLO"! Then she said, "hi". Few minutes later she said, "I'll be with you in a few seconds". 10 minutes later I'm still waiting. I thought about walking out but she was by herself so I tried to be patient and I wanted to try this place. I got my food after another 10 to 15 minutes. The guy before me said he waited 30 minutes. The guy after me still hadn't been helped after standing in line for 10 mins. I felt so bad for her. She's slow and doesn't care. I'm surprised she got so many tips. They probably felt bad. Obviously I won't go again.
I would not recommend this location for deli delicious. We went there about a month ago and walked in when there were no other customers and we stood there at the counter for 10 minutes and the lady behind the counter completely ignored us. We ended up walking out. We decided to try this location one more time and ordered it on door dash. It took about 10 minutes for them to confirm our order, got notification that our dasher was waiting to pick up food and then deli delicious decided to cancel our order. They have horrible customer service. Not worth wasting your money on people who don’t care about their customers.
Showed up last week and the door was locked with employees inside! Showed up today at 12pm on a weekend and the door was locked with 3 kids inside. 3 other customers Showed up and knocked and knocked but these guys just give you a "go away" stare from inside! Owner or mgr is never present. Decent employees end up leaving for better work conditions! Delivery app people avoid this place! It used to be a hit or miss, now is even worst!
Do not even think about this place!My husband and I went there to order sandwiches since my husband had a goid experience about their sandwiches from years ago. The young girl who took our orders was so impatience and talked too fast like she is so careless and in rush to get rid of us. After few minutes she left and two young biys came in to take over the job. Akthough one of them was wearing gloves but he kept touching his dirty pants to pull it up and again touched the sandwich with the same dirty hand!!!!Waste of time, waste of money, when food was ready I asked where us my French fries???? He said oh sorry I make it now!!!! bad quality, awful taste, unprofessional staff....
