Teenagers working the dive thru window yesterday messed up on my order big time. I asked for Reese's peanut butter cup sundae they gave me a cup full of ice cream, chocolate fudge syrup and full of peanuts inside. I don't no how they messed that one up. Please offer additional training to the teenagers working here so they can do the job correctly. Also didn't see any older adults around supervising these young teenagers. They did get the burger, fries and cotton candy right. The rest of the order was all wrong.
I got the mint brownie blizzard. It tasted very good. It blends brownie pieces, choco chunks, and cool mint all together with there world famous soft serve. I got a chocolate chunk in every bite.
Love their hot Fudge Sundays with crushed nuts. I also buy their ice cream bars in a box. Delicious!
This is the only DQ I know of in a 50 mi radius. I do not buy ice cream anywhere else. They are quick and so nice all the time. Even when they are busy they treat you well at the window. In general I do not think I have ever been in line from start to finish more than 10 min and that was a busy Friday night.
love their chicken tenders and ranch is so good, everytime I come I order the same meal and love it everytime!

For the two blizzard size medium for over $6 each and they didn't even bother to feel them up to the top of the cup absolutely ridiculous $6.09 for 6 oz not okay they've ordered smaller cups and called it a bigger size and can't even fill it to the brim. And the cheese curds over $4 were a quarter away from the top of the container this is absolutely ridiculous and the kids were burnt but you don't know all these things till you get home after they've ripped you off.
They have the great selection of things you don't see everywhere else. Even if your just in the mood for shakes or a Sunday.
This is not the first time I’ve come to this store on a Friday and the young people that work here have closed 15 mins early so I can watch them horseplay and throw supplies at each other the rest of the night. I was one of several cars that came before closing. I even called the store and left a voicemail asking them not to close so early because I had driven a long way…..Point of the story is, if you want to work, then work. If you want to have recess, go to a park and save a job for someone else. I wouldn’t be so disappointed if it was an isolated incident.
If i could give this no stars i would. Food was cold, they didn't give me the right food either. Girl didnt bother to repeat order and there was a cockroach by the door area. Definitely gross ice cream tasted like they havent cleaned the machine in a while
