This place used to rock, but I have had nothing but problems the last few months I've been here, especially my most recent trip today. An employee slammed my ice cream container on the counter in what I assume was anger when I told her that I wanted mix-ins - I have no idea why she didn't ask before scooping the ice cream into a container to begin with. Instead of mixing them in, she threw four blueberries and one single strawberry on top of the container and passed it off as done, completely forgoing my third topping. My service waset with eye rolls, attitude, and the air of a teenager that was mad that they got caught trying to scam a customer. I, not wanting to start a confrontation with someone that so obviously wanted to fight, took my ice cream and left.I have been going to this specific location for over a decade and have never had an experience as horrendous as this.I do not recommend this location to ANYONE. The customer service is severely lacking and they do not enforce mask mandates within the store, there were 2 other groups of customers inside at the same time and not a single one of them was wearing a mask.
I went in on a Friday night and found a hair in my ice scream. It was light brown. However the ice scream was very good. The hair just added an extra spice ‼️

Dont order delivery from here or you will be sorry. I ordered delivery and my child watch the progress on the phone up until it was one minute away then it dropped off however the charge did not drop off my card they dont have a human to answer the phone no corporate number available left a message but haven t gotten back to me i bet if the error was in my favor they would have contacted me by now but they are apparently content with stealing your money.

The girls there are awesome & full of smiles. Even when there is a crowd they never seem overwhelmed. I don't think they have ever made the same ice cream concoction

Just had two people working. Took a while... need more staff. Other than that I guess it was ok.
