The staff is always very friendly and attentive even though they are actually very busy throughout the day. You can always stop them and ask questions and they will kindly help you. I also like that you get 10% off of the play pass with the purchase of a food combo. I know it can be pricey when coming here so the little savings here and there is a nice option to have if you decide to eat as well. In total, I spent $97 for two play passes with an hour each, and a food combo which included two drinks, one topping large sized pizza, and cheesy bread but I did add one salad bar plate. We were there for about three hours eating food and playing games. Also being summer time, the business is very air conditioned which is so nice and there is a self-serve so you can keep refilling your drink and stay cool. Me and my family of three had so much fun and will definitely come back another day!
We went for a birthday for my nephew and it was really fun. We had a party manager Reese who was so attentive and on top of things. He checked in to make things were going perfectly. It was a great party! The kids of all ages loved the arcade. Pizza was still just as good as ever! Im glad the salad bar was open and it was well stocked.
Took my family to this awesome place and my grandkids loved it from the pizza, cookie pizza to all the games they can play. Family Friendly of fun.
Due to covid hitting our daughter's classroom we wanted to do something special and memorable since she couldn't have her friends come. Chuckys birthday star experience was outstanding! Special thanks to chucky himself who seemed to know exactly how to handle the kids that were afraid of him and the ones a wee bit shy! Perfect amount of reassurance and proximity.Special note. Do to the changes covid brought to us all, they no longer run off coins, personal fun pass cards keeps everyone as germ free as possible. And they had staff continously disinfecting games even though there was less than twenty people in the place. Really made all worries melt away.They also have apon entering and exiting a security check station, good for preventing children getting out or leaving with the wrong adult, I do recommend if you are like me, get the stamp with all children you are responsible for. Had to locate my daughter to clear my screaming grandson so I could take him outside to chill out. Not the most easy thing to accomplish but was glad to know that even though the staff knew he was mine, they still insisted they had to have a matching stamped hand to allow our exit. Made me feel like they cared about my kids safety too
I haven't been in a one of these locations in a very long time. Wife and I decided to host our son's birthday here.Here are the highlights both good and eh.The good.1. Easy to place reservations2. Reasonable Deposit3. Reasonable Pricing4. Manager is A++. Very hospitable and kind.5. Dedicated staff member to our reservation.6. Package comes with goodie bags, to keep cups and preloaded cards for the arcade.7. Pizza has definitely improved since last time I tried it. Wife and kids liked it too.8. Overall staff attitude was great and were always willing to help without a doubt.The eh parts.1. The long tables for the reservations could be just a tad more apart from each other.2. Sort of small building.3. When it gets busy, it gets crowded.Would we return? Yes, I can see us going back. Would we host a party there again? Possibly.
My grandson Santana had a birthday on 3-12-22 and we went,back on Wednesday on his actual birthday 3-16 with his little brother....had a blast !!
Fun, clean, delicious, and well organized activities. We had a great time at a birthday party.
Very expensive cost us about $140 for one pizza 5 drinks and 3 30 min free play.kids had fun of course
staff very friendly ESPECIALLY THE YOUNG LADY WHO WORE GLASSES OH I WISH I COULD REMEMBER HER NAME and very helpful, they made my grandsons " SANTANA" SPECIAL DAY VERY MEMORABLE ....THANK YOU ?????
