I would have given this place a 0 star if it was possible. First of all, y’all need to get real waiters. The waiters here are slow, don’t serve the correct food, and do not know how to take notes. I wish this place had hard working people or at least train their people. After about 2-3 hours, our food was finally here, but it was not cooked properly. The wings were hard and the fries were over cooked, but still ate them. Please train your lazy workers and work the right way.
I was going to actually rate this place 3 stars just because when we arrived they had us choose our table and then we waited about 25 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge us , then I have to wait another 30 -45 minutes just for our drinks (they forgot to send them in the first time so a different server had to come and reorder our drinks and app ) so then we get our drinks and app. So now we are waiting to get our order taken and this take about 25 minutes ..... so then after that wait we order our food and time is just passing , I believe another 30 minutes pass until a server walks by and ask if we had gotten our food we tell them no so they go check what's going on ... coming to find out our order was never sent though this time I'm do irritated I kinda start to cry because I don't wanna be a b word but at the same time we had been here for about 2 hrs and some change .... so some time goes by and they bring my daughters food shortly after my husband's and about 5 to 10 mins mine but this time it's the wrong order .... I send it back and make sure they get me what I wanted to order in the first place . ALSO LET ME SAY IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME AT BUFFALO WILD WINGS and all this happened . However I did rate it 5 start due to the fact they did discount some of our meal and the other servers were very apologetic they also gave us a free order of cake and icecream . The staff was nice but you can tell if your a group of 3 or smaller you won't be served with the nest service ( it was me , my husband and my 3yrs old ) I still tipped about 10bucks was gonna tip 20 but like I said I almost cried due to how bad service was in the beginning .
After waiting for a long time to order, they brought our drinks to the wrong table. Made my lady's sandwhich totally wrong. Drinks still havent come so we cancel them, then they show up. Wings were cold and overcooked. Wont be back
The servers took about 55 minutes to take my order. First a server named Jeremy said he would take care of us, shortly after waiting another 20 minutes I get his attention again and he says he will have to get our server. Jeremy never got the server so I pulled another server waiting the table next to me and she stated she would get the server even though she was serving the table connected to ours. Another 20 minutes go by and no server comes. I pulled another server and that server said he would get a server. 15 minutes later I ended up just pulling the bartender and he kindly took the order and came out of the bar area to take the order.
Place has gone downhill over the years. 50+ tvs but 3-4 things on. Servers move at a snail's pace. When I worked for the company, you "moved with purpose!" Server was a bit rude. Celery was mush on the ends and dirty in the middle. Server refused to bring me additional sauces. Never refilled my drink but made sure my husband's stayed full ?
Good place to stop and take in a game - appetizers were good and the main meals were also very good. Had great service and never once had to ask for a refill on drinks - I also suggest the Pretzel Bites as a starter.. the salt is the perfect size.
I've been to this place a few times and always found it pretty average, but this time was a complete mess. We had to wait for a table which is fine, but the service was so slow it was crazy. We were seated at 9:45 and I only got my drink at 11:05 - this was after twice being told they didn't have the beers I wanted, despite them being on the menu. When the food finally came (well over an hour after our order was taken) the fries were cold and the lettuce on my burger was not fresh (pretty much the kind you get in a supermarket salad bag that had been open for a few days). The boneless wings were fine, however we only got the buy one get one free on one of the plates when we should have had it on both. All in all, pretty much a disaster and I'll definitely avoiding coming here again.

I absolutely loved the matched energy and I love how you took care of my table, entertaining my friends, bringing our drinks and laughing along with us, made up for the long wait for food, I will definitely be coming back and requesting your section! Buffalo Wild Wings is always popping. The location means its always at least a little busy, but the drinks are decent price. The food is standard, nothing amazing but definitely not bad.
It's been better. I got the price on 10 wings every Tuesday with 50% off 2nd order. About $25 bucks and remember ½ of that order is bones. Do the math. So, $25.oo for a lb. of hen. I can eat filet mignon for that.
